Hotel Moliceiro    

It was bit of luxury to stay there. The room was beautiful, largemand luxurious. Afternoon tea brought to my room was a delight (complementary). The staff were really helpful with everything. Great location.

Super central hotel, nice facilities, friendly staff. Traditional cakes and wine at arrival and tea and cookies during the afternoon really makes you feel welcome. Nice bathroom and pleasant decor in the bedroom. Nice breakfast too.

Generally I am always cold, and in this hotel, even with the bedroom AC off, it was too hot; we had to open the window although it was raining to let some fresh air in. Maybe the piano bar would benefit from being just a bar with no piano, but this is our opinion, others may enjoy it...

There isnt a better location in Aveiro, do not miss the Actopus grill in restaurant Moliciero just few maters away

I really liked this hotel. It is comfortable and elegant.

Wifi was erratic.

We had a 5-star experience in a 4-star hotel. From the welcome drink to the sumptuous breakfast we enjoyed every minute of the stay. English TV in the room meant wecould watch Strictly and X-Factor (sad gits that we are). The location on the waterfront is superb.

While the hotel was very nice, it was a bit more expensive than it should've been.

We were travelling in Portugal for our Honey Moon. The romantic comfort of the hotel and the extreme professionality and generous kindness of all the staff made it unforgettable. We travelled a lot, from usa to India. If we will be in Aveiro again, it will be in Hotel Moliceiro. Thanks, for everything.

Excellent breakfast, spacious room, large bathroom, very central location for the fishmarket square and the canals, reasonable price (although more expensive than all the other hotels in Aveiro), free port and oves moles, tea in the rooms at the end of the afternoon, idiosyncratic pianist in the bar!

Service a bit cold (unusual for Portugal), and trying too hard to be upmarket and sophisticated, the hallways are very dark and gloomy. Some of the art in the bedrooms are a la 70s mildly erotic in aspect - amusing but also a bit tacky. Hotel is a long schlepp from the train station with a suitcase.

Excelent service & staff. Very luxery especially as we got a free upgrade to a suite.

The bed was just a mattress and slats. It was very hard on us older folks with arthritis. I was surprised by this economy in a four seasons establishment which has been very good in the past.

The location is the best in Aveiro, just across the street from the canal and the moliceiros boats.

We got upgraded to an awesome room, just because we messed up our date of arrival to the hotel! It felt really nice to be upgraded to a luxury and spacious room! Congrats Staff! Breakfast was good, location was perfect, it is really a quiet hotel in the centre of aveiro, ideal for a romantic getaway.

Loved this hotel and its fabulous staff. They could not be more accommodating ! The piano player in the bar was fabulous---we really enjoyed our stay there. Had a beautiful corner room overlooking the street and the canal---great view and surprisingly very quiet.

Signage could be better. Hotel sign is large but Hotel Moliceiro relatively small.

Que no tenga Parking propio. La música de un concierto en la plaza frente al hotel un sábado hasta la 1,30h.

Atendimento impecável, bem localizado, com ambiente muito confortável e agradável. Bom chuveiro, com água quente e bom café da manhã.

Para os alérgicos, levem anti-alérgicos, pois a decoração é toda em carpete e tapetes e dá um pouco de rinite pra quem tem sensibilidade.

Hotel idéalement placer en centre ville.

Impossible de se garer a proximité ,sans péage.
