Very helpful and friendly staff who made us feel really welcome. We felt that our accomodation was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Although fairly basic it had everything you would need. The restaurant, even though out of season had an excellent buffet choice of meals, was very light and comfortable with lovely views over the beach. The food was well prepared and wholesome and the standard of hygiene was excellent. The location is perfect for exploring Albufeira and was not too far from the airport along the motorway - about 40 minutes drive.We will certainly be going back.

The location right next to the beach meant that we had some excellent walks during the day to neighbouring coves and along the cliff tops. The old town was an enjoyable walk along the beach and we witnessed some breathtaking sunsets. Some excellent restaurants and other tourist attractions were within easy walking distance of the hotel and apartments. For compulsive shoppers the Algarve shopping Centre was just along the n125 road. We found the hotel staff to be extremely helpful and friendly and we were made to feel very welcome by everyone from the people in reception to the restaurant staff and cleaners. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional. We are already planning our next trip. Well done Monica Isabel and a big thank you!! Muito Bom!!!

As we visited out of season - we were aware that many of the attractions weren't available. Even so we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the tranquility. I can imagine that this hotel would be very busy in the height of the season - maybe too busy for some of us seniors, but we may still give it a try!!!

Apt had seperate spacious living room and bedroom. Sea view. Evening meal good value €8 for 3 course + drink. Buffet so choice of main courses.

Climb up to main rd so may not be suitable for people with impaired walking ability

Pretty quiet in October, we got a room with a sea view (after reminding them !), rooms were fairly comfortable and spacious. Location direct on the beach is good.

Bathroom smelt of sewage - you had to leave all doors and windows open for a while before you could go in there.

Very well located, very friendly and helpful staff, awesome breakfast. The rooms are large, ventilated and clean. As for leisure, the swimming pools, both out and indoors, the latter heated, and the proximity to the beach, give you all the fun you want without leaving the complex. I booked the standard studio, and it has a fridge, microwave, cooker, everything you need. Very satisfied.

As already pointed out in other reviews, the toilet does smell a little bit, surely something to do with the pipes, but nothing that would prevent me to stay there again.

Door lock was awful, had to fiddle with the key to get in for a few minutes, the maid struggled aswell. Evening entertainment was average at best.

Absolute dump - bad experience - would never go back!

- Location (between the bar area, and the city center, and in front of the beach), facilities (you have everything you need), animations, value for price.

- the cleaning staff wasnt very good. They hit our door at 10:30 and we were still there. Then they didnt came back later on to clean. Next day they knock the door again when we were there, and we went to reception to ask them to go back. When they went, the only thing they did was organize the towels and bed, nothing more. Even the towel that were on the floor (supposed to be changed) they didnt replace.

The service in the reception could be much better! The two of us living in room 612 had a pair of trousers that fell down to the balcany below.We asked the staff in the reception for if they could could pick it up for us. In three days we asked, but we had to leave the hotel without the trousers.

Checking in at reception very slow (apparently they were short staffed), we had booked a Family Room, but ended up with a 2 bedroom apartment which was very nice also very clean. The maid came in on a daily basis and cleaned and changed towels. My grandsons aged 13, 11 and 10 just loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. The hotel was handy for the Strip and the Old Town. Entertainment was not too bad for April. We would certainly think about going back. We also thought we had got very good value for the money we had spent on our booking at the Hotel.
