Good size apartment - excellent location on the beach Irregular times of cleaning. Very poor cooking facilities - 45 minutes to boil enough water for coffee, using the hob. We asked for an electric kettle, but despite being told that they would sort one out for us, they never did |

Good location. Not too far from the Albufeira centre. Close to the beach. Kitchennette! Strange system of housekeeping. They were knoking at our door at 9am while we were asleep. Towels were changed in some strange order: 2 sets of towels 1 day and missing towels another day. And HUGE insects in apartments! |

excellent location right on the beach between Oura and the centre. The apartments are a wiser choice than the hotel. French senior citizens partying like it was 1945! |

location at the beach, between old town and the street of night life. just too noisy from other rooms. room comfort is equal for the room rate, if you prefer 5 star go for it. |

Very old and tired, in need of a refurb. Breakfast was appalling e.g. stale bread, choc spread, pea omelet and chips or ham. The room smelt musky and it was very old, not enough hot water, often the water ran cold. Although the room was kept clean and there were nice views of the ocean. Was a bit too far from town. Food was very poor. |

we liked the separate living and sleeping quarters, and the rate was quite reasonable, we also enjoyed the view from our room the room needs a tea kettle, and extra towels, including beach towels for international travellers, also the tv was quite small |

Closeness to beach and swimming pool. Location: in new part of town rather than old town; cockroach in the room; predominantly middle-aged/senior guests. |

The location was great and the studio quite spacious. Great that it was on the beach. we were directly below the breakfast room and it was impossible to sleep after about 7am when preparations for breakfast started above us..The reception staff were curteous and professional but cpould have been friendlier. |

Location is not bad, enough parking space to park the car, The majority of the rooms is out of date and does not correspond to 3 stars hotel. Giant cocrhoaches in the rooms do not make the stay more pleasant. Value for the money below any expextations. The majority of the guests - retired French speaking people, the staff is French oriented and almost all the activities are arranged in French. Very few young people nad other nations. The owerall impression is that the hotel is oriented to serve French/Belgian pension funds that cover the main part of guests' expenses and guarantee the 100% occupancy to the hotel. I would reccommend to add this information/remarks to the hotel description to avoid higher expectations |

This hotel was excellent value for money, the rooms were spacious and there was a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave and grill/oven. It's 2 mins walk to a lovely beach. Transport is necessary to get to the centre of Albufeira. The hotel has a free minibus but it doesn't run in the evening. |

I've enjoyed the entertainment they had after dinner with the shows and specifically the ones for children (mini disco). They found out a really poor excuse for not having the indoor pool and Jacuzzi available. Also the advertisement saying they have a free parking is too much considering the available parking spaces and conditions. It’s not acceptable not having a microwaves in an apartment. |

The hotel was very close to the beach. Also restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The view from the balcony was great. The room was confortable and the cleaning staff was very friendly. One day after the room was cleaned, we found the towels were reduced to one! for breakfast you sure need to be fast to find a cup, people were taking coffee in a glass of water! The kitchenette should have a microwave or at least tea/coffee maker. The TV was very small and close to the ceiling. The hotel staff only speaks one language : French! At the check-out i'm not sure the girl understood i was leaving...that is unacceptable. |

on the beach, stunning views from our window, very clean and very spacious apartment. excellent complimentary coach to nearby town and if you miss it on the way back, dont queue for a taxi, walk along the beach to the hotel, about 20 minute walk away. Breakfast was a bit simple but very good bread! Did have to pay for beach chairs and umbrella but if you were there for whole day was fine and also allowed you to use the shower and toilet which were clean and pleasant. When tide is out, beware the rocks in the sea so probably not great for the little ones to go swimming in but fine to paddle. Kitchen was clean but no real cooker, just a 2 ring electric cooker job so would have been difficult to cook anything substantial if we had wanted to (we didnt as we went to some lovely restaurants in town). |

This hotel/apartments are in a perfect location. 10 mins in one direction to the old town and 10 mins the other, to the strip. Beach right on your doorstep in a quiet area and great for all age groups. A few very well priced bars and restaurants within immediate location for the days when a quiet local evening is all that is wanted. Hotel arranged transport to and from the airport which was very reasonable pricewise and very convenient and on time. Our stay was in early July and disappointingly there was not one English person to be found in the hotel/apartments. All entertainment was in French even the aqua arobics at the swimming pool. Apartments very basic would say 2 star although advertised as 3 star and prices very expensive for such basic accomodation. Kitchen consisted of fridge, one cupboard, travel kettle and a plug in warming plate. No toaster, cooker or grill as the pictures on the web indicated. Checking in was 2pm although had to wait until 2.45pm and staff did not seem unduly concerned about us having to wait, dispite being advised we had arrived at 10am after having been up since 3am the night before. |
