Between 01 November 2007 and 16 March 2008, the hotel will provide only the basic services. Pools, bars, restaurant, mini-market, gym and sauna will be closed during this period.

These prices have a 50% discount for children up to 12 years

Kiosk Beach - self service (for snacks, sandwiches, drinks, ice cream, etc.): from 09.00 to 18:00.
2 pool bars are open from 09:00 to 17:00.

Atlantico Bar has a spectacular ocean view, which makes it the ideal spot for enjoying a drink looking at the beautiful sunrise, or for a night of wonderful shows with a different programme every day (e.g.: casino show, Brazilian dancers, Folklore, magic show and others).

The bar happy hour is from 18:00 to 19:00, when prices are cut by half.

Area information

The Monica Isabel Beach Club is in a tranquil setting near the beach, just 0.5km from the Strip (the main place for night life entertainment) and 2km from the town centre.

There is a golf course just 6km from the hotel, where Monica Isabel Beach Club guests receive very special rates.

It is also possible to arrange a pick up from the hotel for excursions and theme parks.

You can order a taxi or make arrangements for renting a car at the reception.

GIRO - a local bus - stops just 50 metres away from the hotel, calling at stations all over the town. Fare: EUR 1.

Important information

An iron and hair dryer are available at the reception free of charge (deposit EUR 10).

Friendly staff always willing to help, very good variety for breakfast, easy access to the beach, entertainment every day at lunch time and night, supermarket on site and shops situated on site

We got a very rude and arrogant welcome from the hotel staff when we arrived where they also forgot to hand-out remote controls for tv and aircondition. The person we met didn't have any sens of service mindness or communication skills.The second issue was that the room where not cleaned while we checked even though this was 2 hours after our arrival.

The room we booked was a superior room overlooking the Ocean. However the room we received was a 2nd floor overlooking the gardens We booked a 4 star room but feel we received a general basic room for the same cost

Spacious room, good kitchen, nice balcony, on the beach, close to restaurants and to town.

On your website they advertise a shuttle service. When we inquired about it they suggested we were looking at the wrong hotel website. After practically 'arguing' on line by sending several letters, including their request that we cut, paste and forward the information to them, they repied,"But it's not free." All we wanted was info. about it. They should decide whether or not they have one.

The hotel apartment, the proximity to the beach, very clean.

One lady at the beach kiosk gave less change back to my kids about 4 times before we realized it.

Good location - on a great part of the beach and not to far from town. Great Price. Nice room with a balcony with a great view of the ocean.

None of the facilities were open, but we knew that coming in (it was the last weekend of November.. but this also means we had an outstanding rate)

We had a very enjoyable 9 days in Monica, We were lucky that our apartment was in A block and looked out to sea I had requested this but was told by your site to take this up with the Hotel itself. The proximity to old town and new town, also the fact that you were on the beach. Very nice bar atmosphere in evenings
