Bij een buffet op de avond stond het personeel al schoon te maken, terwijl wij net begonnen waren met eten. Dit was rondom 21.15 Het buffet zou tot 22.00 kunnen duren. Rondom 21.30 waren al veel gerechten opgeruimd en stond het personeel op ons te wachten. |

We got a very rude and arrogant welcome from the hotel staff when we arrived where they also forgot to hand-out remote controls for tv and aircondition. The person we met didn't have any sens of service mindness or communication skills.The second issue was that the room where not cleaned while we checked even though this was 2 hours after our arrival. |

The room we booked was a superior room overlooking the Ocean. However the room we received was a 2nd floor overlooking the gardens We booked a 4 star room but feel we received a general basic room for the same cost |

Spacious room, good kitchen, nice balcony, on the beach, close to restaurants and to town. On your website they advertise a shuttle service. When we inquired about it they suggested we were looking at the wrong hotel website. After practically 'arguing' on line by sending several letters, including their request that we cut, paste and forward the information to them, they repied,"But it's not free." All we wanted was info. about it. They should decide whether or not they have one. |

The hotel apartment, the proximity to the beach, very clean. One lady at the beach kiosk gave less change back to my kids about 4 times before we realized it. |

Good location - on a great part of the beach and not to far from town. Great Price. Nice room with a balcony with a great view of the ocean. None of the facilities were open, but we knew that coming in (it was the last weekend of November.. but this also means we had an outstanding rate) |
