staff were very friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to help us, helped to make our stay that more enjoyable, recommended good restuarants etc. the hill we had to climb to get back to it. |

A quirky hotel with character - our room had an excellent view over funchal - the harbour and bay - the staff were friendly and helpful. The hot water was never hot - only warm. |

No dia do check in, tive com mudar quatro vezes de quarto, por uma questão de (des)organização do próprio hotel. O valor da reserva das três noites era de 120€ e por ter de pagar com cartão de crédito foi-lhe acrescido uma taxa de 2€, o que é inaceitável, pois essa mesma taxa pertence ao hotel pagar. |

Großartiger Blick über Funchal und Meer. Abgesehen vom Zubau wunderschönes altes Gebäude. Freundliches Personal, gewünschter Zimmertausch war kein Problem. Leider keine Minibar bzw. Möglichkeit, Getränke zu kühlen; was aber aufgrund der Kategorie auch nicht unbedingt zu erwarten ist. |

De persoonlijke dienstverlening. Men was betrokken bij het welzijn van de gasten. Op vragen/verzoeken werd op positieve wijze omgegaan en afspraken werden uitermate correct nagekomen. |

Excelente localização, 5 minutos da Sé. Staff excelente, todos muito atenciosos e prontos a ajudar. Café da manhã delicioso, com grande variedade. Tranquilidade durante a noite. Vista excelente. Piscina. Excelente relação custo-benefício. Instalarem internet wireless seria uma sugestão. |
