Front desk staffs are very helpuful. Actually all the staffs are very pleasant. Hotel is very nicely decorated and furnitures are very confiortable. Also very relaxing enviroment. |

Excellent accommodation, friendly staff, great facilities & fantastic buffet breakfast Overpriced drinks in the bar & also overpriced/over-rated food in the restaurant for evening meal. The worst dinner I have had in the algarve & we have been frequent visitors over the past 15 years. Definetaly this restaurant lets the suites/hotel down! |

Staff were very friendly and efficient. Modern design and lovely bathrooms. We also like a suite hotel . Lovely pool and plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The lighting in the bedroom was so dim it was almost impossible to read in bed. Also in the sitting room the only place it was easy to read at night was sitting at the dining room table! We would also have liked sun umbrellas on our private patio for some shade. |

Extremely nice hotel with all necessary facilities/services to have an unforgettable stay. Very comfortable and clean suites. Excellent breakfast! Prices of lunch/dinner are OK. Very friendly staff. Quiet location. Not too far from a terrific beach. Very nice swimming pool. Unlike the staff in general, the SPA staff were not friendly at all! Dinner was OK but could have been better, staff at dinner was sometimes a bit amateurish. You hear a lot of slamming doors in the hotel during the day. |

The reception staff were excellent. Poolside fare and service was OK to good. Design and suite layout was superb. Location excellent. Cleanliness excellent. Pity we only stayed one night, so didn't get to try the restaurant. |

Everything was great. Lovely pool area. Hotel was very relaxing. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The Kitchen was fully equiped, even with cooking utensils if you so wished to cook. A Truly enjoyable stay, and would return again. just a minor thing of the hot water not being hot enough, but that is just a personal preference. |

the staff were exceptional from the moment we arrived, excellant service in all areas of the hotel, i could easily have just stayed in hotel and not ventured anywhere else, suitable for someone travelling alone, safe, beauitful walks in this really quiet area, breakfast was very good and the poolside service was great and very enjoyable. my only issue was the price of the taxi's, my advise is to ask them to call an ordinary taxi. To go to restaurant less than 7 mins walk cost €14 each way and the same to go to Quinta Shopping, They were lovely and so polite and opened the doors etc but still not worth the price. Local taxi's are reasonable and available but ou have to request one. |

Really enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived we were very impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the reception staff. The rooms were superb. We loved the breakfast and the pool area was magnificent. Cutlery in the resaurant was too small. |

Everything was perfect, in a great location, very friendly staff and awsome suites with everything one can need. We had a very nice buffet dinner next to the pool, which was the cherry on top. Highly recommended. Internet access speed could be improved, but overall suited the purpose of ocasional connection. |

It was difficult to get a sunbed after about 11am. although the poolside staff were very helpful, and eventually sorted everyone out (but it did involve waits of up to 30 minutes) |

children's buffet in hotel was superb.very quiet and spacious with tentative staff We ordered 2 taxis from the hotel and on both occassions we were overcharged massively compared to metered taxi's |

Fantastic food, excellent staff, super clean and luxurious surroundings. The pool area had an attendent so there was no crazy rush for beds. If people left their towels on a bed and did not return for a while they were removed. We stayed in a suite which faced the front of the hotel which ment we got the evening sun. The other guests in the hotel were all very nice...no tatoo brigade here! The shop had very little in it, although great if you want water! The kids club was fantastic for small children infact it was more like a creche. There is not much going on for 6 years plus unless you want to do arts and crafts inside. |
