Eccellente struttura, ottima colazione Al rientro dalla spiaggia (metà pomeriggio) con l'aria condizionata accesa nel soggiorno/cucina ristagnava un cattivo odore. Non abbiamo capito se la causa era l'impianto di condizionamento o l'impianto fognario. In ogni caso dopo un breve cambio d'aria il tutto spariva. Piccolo neo per una struttura a cinque stelle. |

The hotel was very well laid out but some basic services of a 5* hotel were not available. There was very little atmosphere, realy just apartments with a resteraunt facility, however we did enjoy our stay. |

The resort was excellent ,the services were excellent but I would suggest some further cleaning to the apartments such as the top of bedside lockers and tables which were left dirty. Perhaps bbq facilities could be made available at each villa. The waiters never smiled. |

The standard of construction and finishes was very good and well furnished. The houses were also spacious and all was well maintained and the staff werer attentive. It was the first year of operation so things were to some extant getting organised but overall very good experience. |

The hotel manager is excellent and his staff are hard working, although the hotel is rated at 5* its not just there yet, the manager and team will suceed and make a top hotel and resort in time. |

The rooms were spacious and luxorious. There were en-suite bathrooms for each of the two bedrooms. The pool facilities were very clean and well maintained. Privacy while sunbathing at the individual pools behind our suite was a plus. We have already recommended to others. |

The apartment was luxurious, furnished to a very high spec and serviced daily to the highest standard. We had a huge balcony overlooking the pool.The hotel facilities were excellent, although the sauna was out of order during our stay and we could not find a jacuzzi. The resort itself was exceptionally quiet and service good albeit slow. Our apartment did not include the jacuzzi/ whirlpool bath advertised. We were unable to find the jacuzzi/ hot-tubs in the resort. We asked 3 members of staff and got completely different answers so gave up in the end. The staff are pleasant but invariably say that they will "ask a colleague" or"the housekeeper" when asked a question and everything seemed to take a long time, even ordering a cup of coffee. The high chair we requested took the best part of a day to arrive. We found the resort quiet but lacking in atmosphere- the bar was empty by 11pm every night. It is a long way from town and we found it necessary to hire a car. Information booklets in the room about hotel facilities/ wherabouts/ times would help and avoid having to ask. |

I felf our comfort and general ease were the staff's main priority. The standard of accommodation in terms of fittings etc was of a really high quality and the fact that the rooms were serviced so often and so well was a bonus. The facilities e.g swimming pools, dining room etc were really nice and meticulously clean. Not really other than the fact that the internet connection in the apartments only worked for the first few days even though I paid for it for a week. However, wireless internet was available in the clubhouse itself. |

The town houses are fantastic, the scenery is great and it's very quiete everywhere (even at the pool). Excellent accomodation inside and outside. Our (private) pool wasn't working but we've used the one from the other twonhouses, which was ok. |

The size and the quality of our room - a 3 room apartment. The pool area was huge, nice and popular with our kids. A bit isolated. Rental car a must.The restaurant was a bit boring. And there will probably be too many small children and noice in the outdoor areas during high season. Most suited for families with children up to 12 years. |

Champagne reception on arrival in hotel is lovely. The luxurious rooms and relaxed feel. Food Delicious. It is a beautiful resort, would definitely go back. Not fast enough service in the Restaurant in evening even though it was very quiet. A bigger choice of menu would be ideal to encourage people to eat more often. After 5 nights it gets a bit samey. Theres no mini market to buy snacks and refreshments (water being main one), too expensive to buy from bar all day. No local beer on draught left so started to pay up to £6 for one bottle. |
