It was exactly as I expected and more. Very good location with all tourist services at your dorstep and the sea just 300 m down the street. Make sure to ask for a sea view and a room on level 4 or up while booking. The other rooms could be too close to the street or too dark |

Position was excellent, very convenient for local amenities. Room very comfortable I was taken aback when I asked for additional coffee/tea supplies to be told that I would have to pay for them, only the first supply for one cup was supplied free. This is penny pinching of the highest order and was an unnecessary way to lose goodwill. |

was central food was inedible at breakfast.prices at poolbar and the bar very expensive.put at rear of hotel with no view at all had to pay supplement to move.will not be using this hotel again. |

The hotel turned out to be a good surprise. The location perfect for excursions to the city centre and island trips. The hotel has an unob-structed view of the ocean and is only a short walk to the beach. Great Spa services. We really enjoyed our stay. Would stay at the hotel again when next we are there. Breakfast was hectic and noisey. Long waiting lines at the coffee machines, otherwise the staff were competent and friendly. |

Perfect location. Not new, but very clean. Spacious room for that price. Good place to start exploring due to the nearby bus stop. Breakfast is till 10.30 so you need not get up very early :) Nice ocean view. Almost the same food every breakfast. Needs some renovation. |

We are a family of 4, with a kid aged 7 and another aged 4. We stayed in a studio and room had 1 big bed and 1 small bed, good for all of us but not too much space to move around. Toilet was big, breakfast was good. Eventhough a lot of people complain about BF variety I think it was quite good. Very convenient with shops and restaurants around.Very near to the local Lido natural swimming pool. Lots of public transportation to take you to city centre. Very easy to find. Staff helpful to arrange taxi and car rental. Very good stay. First time that I stayed at a portuguese hotel and I found it strange that they don't have somebody to take the bags, but it was ok. |

A spacious room. Very clean. Excellent value for money. Welcoming staff willing to help out with problems. Good variety for breakfast. The bed matrass wasn't comfortable. |

Excellent location for all kinds of the trips. Very fair price for what you get . Kitchen staff( by the breakfast) have very loudy cleaned already used plates from the tables behind the tourists, they let their trolies with dirty dishes near by the fresh bread etc. |

Large spacious studio room with good facilities and balcony. Excellent and varied feast for breakfast - good offer on for evening meals as well. Staff were on the whole very friendly and worked really hard to give good service whether cleaning room, serving food, clearing tables. Tiniest moan - the old fashioned kettle that was provided had to be boiled on the hob! |

Junior Suite had very good facilities, was very modern and spacious although balcony rather small. Suite was immaculately cleaned each day. Dinner in the restaurant was rather bland with only one meat course and one fish course to choose from. Breakfast was ok. Evening entertainment was not to our taste more suitable for the over 80s |

The hotel is not far from the centre of Funchal, very useful for the first time in Madeira. My compliments to the staff.. You have to be very careful with rooms on mountain side because it could happen that it will be really noisy because of a road behind your windows. |

Espaço do estúdio, decoração e sossego. Pouca simpatia do pessoal ao Pequeno Almoço. No final do período reservado ao Pequeno Almoço nada é reposto e só parte da sala fica a funcionar. |

Tilava huoneisto koko perheelle, minikeittiö jääkaappeineen loistava,parkkitilat autoille, tilava tuloaula, sohvaryhmät siellä, tilava parveke Natiseva sänky (mikä vaihdettiin pyynnöstä), kovat tyynyt (sain yhden tyynyn lisää pyynnöstä), katumelu kuului huoneeseen, ehkä liian suuri hotelli ainakin meille koska aamiaisella oli kiireinen tunnelma, joskus vaikea löytää pöytää |

a relação qualidade/preço e a localização não gostámos de todo do facto de ainda faltar algum tempo para o términus da hora do pequeno almoço, e as bandejas da comida já estarem a ser levantadas. A comunicação (ou falta dela), a atenção, a simpatia dos funcionários, salvas raras excepções, também é um aspecto em que o hotel deve investir na sua formação |
