Perfect location. Not new, but very clean. Spacious room for that price. Good place to start exploring due to the nearby bus stop. Breakfast is till 10.30 so you need not get up very early :) Nice ocean view. Almost the same food every breakfast. Needs some renovation. |

We are a family of 4, with a kid aged 7 and another aged 4. We stayed in a studio and room had 1 big bed and 1 small bed, good for all of us but not too much space to move around. Toilet was big, breakfast was good. Eventhough a lot of people complain about BF variety I think it was quite good. Very convenient with shops and restaurants around.Very near to the local Lido natural swimming pool. Lots of public transportation to take you to city centre. Very easy to find. Staff helpful to arrange taxi and car rental. Very good stay. First time that I stayed at a portuguese hotel and I found it strange that they don't have somebody to take the bags, but it was ok. |

A spacious room. Very clean. Excellent value for money. Welcoming staff willing to help out with problems. Good variety for breakfast. The bed matrass wasn't comfortable. |

Excellent location for all kinds of the trips. Very fair price for what you get . Kitchen staff( by the breakfast) have very loudy cleaned already used plates from the tables behind the tourists, they let their trolies with dirty dishes near by the fresh bread etc. |

Large spacious studio room with good facilities and balcony. Excellent and varied feast for breakfast - good offer on for evening meals as well. Staff were on the whole very friendly and worked really hard to give good service whether cleaning room, serving food, clearing tables. Tiniest moan - the old fashioned kettle that was provided had to be boiled on the hob! |

Junior Suite had very good facilities, was very modern and spacious although balcony rather small. Suite was immaculately cleaned each day. Dinner in the restaurant was rather bland with only one meat course and one fish course to choose from. Breakfast was ok. Evening entertainment was not to our taste more suitable for the over 80s |

The hotel is not far from the centre of Funchal, very useful for the first time in Madeira. My compliments to the staff.. You have to be very careful with rooms on mountain side because it could happen that it will be really noisy because of a road behind your windows. |

The room was very comfortable and clean with a fantastic sea view and overlooking the pool. Entertainment every evening was very good and so was the breakfast buffet. |

Hôtel propre, soigné, bien placé dans la ville de Funchal, entouré de restaurants de pays divers, pour passer des vacances tranquilles (animations à l'intention d'une clientèle plutôt âgée ...). Bruit des moteurs de la climatisation sur le toit. Buffet bon, mais choix limité et sans fantaisie (dans un 4 étoiles on peut prétendre mieux). Détail important: éclairage de la salle de bain insuffisant pour les messieurs voulant bien se raser !! |

Quarto, Piscina, animação nocturna. Não ter Sport TV - informaram que havia na Sala de Jogos e qd foi necessário não havia comando, nem nenhuma solução alternativa.... Não tinha internet a funcionar, sempre que necessitamos estava "avariada".............. |

Apreciei a simpatia da maioria dos funcionários e a localização. Encontra-se situado a meio da Av. Monumental, zona de comercio e de turismo. É de facil acesso utilizando os transportes públicos (Giro). Não apreciei a falta de conhecimento/profissionalismo de 2 recepcionistas. Espero que tenha sido azar da minha parte, porque as únicas duas informações que solicitei foram-me dadas erradas. Penso que é inadmissível para um hotel que se diz de 4*, e que se encontra situado numa zona turistica por excelência. Em minha opinião os atoalhados também já merecem ser substituídos e o pequeno almoço deveria de ser mais diversificado de dia para dia. |

A localização dentro do Funchal é boa, com parking incluído ainda melhor para quem aluga carro, tem uma paragem do city sightseeing em frente (e autocarros e taxis), fica perto de centro comercial e relativamente perto do forum madeira, é uma zona com muita oferta de restauração, lojas, souvenir shops, um complexo balnear público e jardim promenade; tem bom pequeno almoço; o atendimento pessoal fantástico e animação no hotel à noite. Os elevadores são muito pequenos; muitos turistas estrangeiros (nem parece Portugal) e nos corredores do último andar (11th) cheira muito a comida. |

Excelente simpatia do staff (Recepção e Restauração), hotel muito bem localizado. Aconselho vivamente para quem tem filhos. Excelentes condições de parqueamento e serviços à volta do Hotel (farmácias, restaurantes, etc) De salientar, que por lapso reservamos um studio s/ vista parcial do mar e após contactar-mos o hotel, facultaram-nos um studio c/ vista parcial, o qual agradecemos a disponibilidade do hotel. |

A vista será de certo inesquecível. A localidade-facilidade de transportes-próximidade de 3 centros comerciais e vários restaurantes ajudou-me e muito por estar a viajar com criança de 6 anos. O hotel disponibilizava shows de danças típicas durante a semana que foi muito conveniente. Foi tudo muito agradável. Apenas como dica. Seria de uma mais valia preciosa se caso houvesse frutas regionais no peq almoço. São tantas e tão boas que valeria a pena dar a conhecer ao turista que lá for. |

Excelentes condições do quarto, cozinha equipada, lcd, sofá, wc espaçoso, varanda e uma vista espectacular. Bom pequeno almoço. SPA excessivamente caro. |
