Jorges place is perfectly located in the not so busy part of Sintra. The hospitality you meet here is like no other place. He will happily show you around the house and tell stories from an exciting life. Bedroom is clean and tidy with your own bathroom, and there are owls singing outside the whole night. The Chalet it’s a real wunderkammer: it’s full of awesome art objects collected by the owner all over the world. The owner himself is very kind and willing to provide information on his interesting collection. Ad I told him, his house alone it’s worth the road to Sintra.

La struttura è la casa dell’host, un simpatico ottantenne molto disponibile e che parla un inglese perfetto con cui è stato un piacere chiacchierare tutta la sera. Se gli darete la possibilità, vi racconterà la sua storia e quella degli oggetti dell’arredamento, provenienti da tutto il mondo. È stata davvero una bella esperienza. Davanti alla struttura potete posteggiare l’auto. Appena fuori, ci sono alcuni ristoranti dove mangiare.

È una casa di un vecchio diplomatico portoghese. Il signore è di una gentilezza infinita, ci ha mostrato tutta la casa e raccontato la storia di tutti gli innumerevoli oggetti che ha riportato con se dai sui viaggi infiniti. Ci ha offerto da bere e ci ha aperto le porte di casa sua. Bellissima esperienza. La camera grande e pulita un po vecchia ma fa parte del fascino di questa casa.
