Convenient for us to travel to for a short break. It is quite well situated near the beahc and town centre. Nthing particluar that we did not like, but the hotel is showing it's gae, and is nedd of a complete refurbishment. Everything about it is "tired & sad". Pity really because we had quite a good time considering the price!! |

The room was clean although the hotel had seen better days. But the value for money was superb - I shall certainly be using again |

As pleased as always, having stayed there many times, (consecutive years, sometimes two or more times), in the past, and will continue to do so. Not really - good value for the price paid. (More people there would have helped !) [Re question below - 'guest reviews' - some adverse comments unfair - that's why I have answered 'No', (my wife concurs, too). |

Reception was very helpful when I asked about the control for the air-con, and sent a technician to look at the unit in the room straight away. The buffet style food was cool - warm rather than hot. |

Fantastic value for money. Space. Quiet. Anonymity. Very few Brits. Buzzing electrical box in (apparently) all the rooms. Swimming pool area badly needs painting. |

Good price. Lively atmosphere. Spacious. Menu del Dia level, food and plenty of it. Brilliantly organised. Mostly mature agegroup like us. No changing rooms for indoor pool means using lift in wet bathers |

For the price it was very good, rooms were clean. Jacuzzi was lovely too! Good central location. It was in need of some work here & there but overall fine. Had a couple of issues- toilet didn't work in first room so we had to move, then our key card room door broke so we were locked out until fixed, but these things can't be helped. The dining room lacked ambiance & the food was fine if a little basic, especially the evening meal, but for the money it was very good value overall. |

Nothing, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Although check-in was 2pm, my room was not ready until 7pm! There was no efficency at reception causing constant delays/queues at check-in. The breakfast was a very poor selection of food - no fruit/healthy option just a lot of bread. This should not be a 3* hotel, I would never go back there and I would only recommend it to enemies!! I was highly disappointed with my experience. |

The room quietness, which I've got after complaining and changing rooms. The first I was given was pretty noisy and it was impossible to close the window Yes. Firstly, cockroaches (I hate that); secondly, the poor and tasteless breakfast; thirdly, towels with holes |

There was absolutely nothing to like- the hotel closely resembles a dark green and very dingy prison - a mass of concrete and absolutely no attempt to make it in any way attractive with even a few flowers. We stayed only 1 night and moved on. I have stayed at many hotels in Europe and this was the worst ever - the evening meal particularly poor with stale unedible food- very nasty experience see above - a totally shoddy and unwelcoming hotel and to be avaided at all costs. The evening meal was worse than you would get in prison with the small slab of pink blamange dessert appalling |

The hotel itself, did not entertain me during my stay. The rooms look outdated, paint falling off the walls, not hot water during the first few days upon arrival, food is horrible and feels like it has been kept heated all day. |
