Location was excellent for all city tourist attractions. Reception staff were very helpful in finding information about local transport and events. Good selection of food for buffet breakfast. |

Het ontbijt is top, heerlijk vers fruit wat al gesneden is. Prima bediening daarbij opgeteld, na 1 dag wist de dame al wat we wilden drinken. |

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, gli ambienti sono belli,curati e molto accoglienti, la posizione per girare la città è ottima infatti si trova vicino alle fermate della metropolitana, del tram e dell'aerobus che collega l'hotel all'aeroporto. Consiglio di prenotare anche la colazione perchè è molto ricca e con ottimi dolci. |

su inmejorable situación: cerca de las grandes arterias para entrar y salir de la cuidad(visitas a Sintra, Cascáis y Estoril) y a la vez a dos pasos del Barrio Alto y del Centro(PLaza Rossio).Su desayuno muy copioso y variado Quizá la altura para entrar en la bañera( hay un banco para compensar el gran desnivel) .Eso sería aplicable para personas mayores o con alguna dificultad física. |

チェックイン時間前の到着（午前中）だったが、快く部屋に通してくれた。バスタブがついていてよかった。地下鉄の駅に近く、便利。エレベータから外の景色が見えて子供が喜んだ。 朝食の選択肢が少なかった（野菜がない。）。夜、隣のシアターから音が聞こえてきた。室内に紙とボールペンが置いてない。 |

Réactivité du personnel suite à problème dans ma chambre. Literie de bonne qualité. Chambre spacieuse. Certains équipements sont vieux ou dégradés, odeur désagréable provenant des canalisations. Petit déjeuner indigne d'un hotel 4 etoiles. |
