the room was very nice and clean just like in the pictures on the website; it is relatively close (5-10 minutes walking) to public transortation (metro, buses and train station) minor things: some bath towels were old and smelly; the water in the pool had a strong chlorine smell |

The breakfast was great, complete with portuguese pastry. The staff was always helpful and nice. Of course, as Brazilians, we obviously had no difficulty with the language. the location was the major problem, since the hotel is off the city centre and a bit too distant from the nearest metro station. This could be easily solved if a staircase was built linking Malhoa Avenue to Praça de Espanha. The room was less than pristine in terms of cleanliness, with carpet on the floor and a funny odour coming from the bathroom sink. |

The bedroom was very comfortable, clean and the staff very helpful. Free Internet in lobby was great! A little far from downtown, but the metro system is very good in Lisbon. Breakfast is very expensive. |

that there was a possibiltity to use a computer the fridge in the room was not cold and didn't get cold, the pool was too small and half the staff didn't speak english and were annoyed by questions sometimes. |

Clean and modern Hotel details said 15 minutes from town centre. When I asked reception whether we could walk, we were advised that it was too far and we should get Metro. The reason I chose hotel was that I believed it was walkable into city centre!!! Also, no restaurants around area and therefore had to eat in hotel restaurant!! |

It's nice hotel with good connections to airport (AirShuttle) and town (metro station). Personal is pleasent, knows English very well and with good attitude. Expecially I want to give good marks to maids that pass rooms every day and because of that our room was very clean. Hotel has not internet access in the rooms. It has city public wireless network with vauchers (you pay in advance, 5€ for 1H, 20€ for 1D). It will be very good to be equiped with free internet (cable or wireless). It has two computers in the reception but one of them is all-day not working and other is always occupied (this is very large hotel for one computer). |

Good location near shopping ( walking distance to El Corte Ingles) and other nice places to see. Very good breakfest. Hotel staff was really nice and helpfull. Beds were very confortable and the room was all newly bild! Nice design. |
