Staff at breakfast
noise, rooms too dark and very dated.
Relaxing stay straight from airport
Planes every 10 mins or so. Very noisy. Decor upstairs dated. Tiny window in room. Locks on main room door faulty for some of our party. Air con temperamental! Wouldn't recommend. Esp 10Th floor with 2 year old.
The location, taxis readily available. Short walk to train station and shopping complex (if desired) The pool area and bar. Staff are multi lingual.
The staff at the reception desk were not informative nor helpful with following up. Ie they could not assist with the menu of the in house restaurant. When asked to dial a number did not.
I have stayed in 4 novotel hotels , the same , comfort rooms , good services & breakfast . A place for children playing . Close to yellow bus(sight seeing) aerobus (airport bus)stop .
Extra bed was not comfort .
Nice quiet location with easy access to centre by metro. Buffet breakfast very good. Had buffet dinner in hotel on one nite , plenty of choices and reasonable. On 11th floor ,very quiet. Room and bathroom very clean. Ten minutes by taxi from airport.
Could do with more sun loungers at pool area. Bar service very slow.
Bed and breakfast, swimming pool.
Sink in the bathroom. Can't open the small window.
Location - There's a bus from the airport (line/route 2) that drops right outside the hotel. Also, the hotel is a comfortable 8-10 minute walking distance from the nearest metro station. Staff - Extremely friendly and could speak good English! Food - I only tried the buffet breakfast which was great. Room - was very big with a sofa and a comfortable bed. There should be more English TV channels, as I'm, sure many guests, like me, don't understand Portuguese at all!
11 euros for b/f seemed a bit excessive, although it did have a wide choice to suit everybody. There were two computers in the lobby but were mostly occupied by kids! Couldn't get to use it at all.
Great value for money hotel.Good breakfast. Professional staff - especially the front desk manager - Sergio.
Parking undercover was expensive. and street can easily be used, as a cheaper alternative
It was very clean and comfortable although beds a bit hard. The breakfast buffet was amazing and plentiful though a little over priced. Large kids play space in basement and baby sitting service although bit lacklustre in toys/books Would recommend they give normal tea cups instead of plastic cups for room tea and coffee as it makes the mini bar feel uninviting Overall I would say 7/10
Room a bit over priced for lack of ambience. Windows were not accessible so made it feel quite clustrophobic
No where on the email confirmation did it say we needed passports to check in to the room which caused a problem for us
We booked into this hotel because it was close to my business venue. The room is clean and comfortable, and hotel staff friendly and helpful. Although located outside of town, it is a short walk (about 10 minutes) to a metro station (Sao Sebastiao) which allows easy travel to places of attraction. There is also a big supermarket for food opposite the metro station. There are a number of Portuguese restaurants within walking distance (about 5 to 8 minutes). We enjoyed our stay there.
It is afantastic hotel, great location, great service
The staff was excellent, great service and clean
I like everything!
Large room Clean Across the road from airport bus stop 5 mins walk from metro
Pool was cold Breakfast was not included Far from attractions
breakfast very nice close from highway to go out lisbone
location is not so good Swimming pool is very small
Although a lot has been said about the location - being just outside of town it was perfect for me. Being a solo traveller I wanted to be close by to the airport and it was so easy to get into the town by tram literally 7 minutes. Although ask where the metro is as it's a walk round the back of the hotel. Great staff, really friendly. Great facilities with wi-fi xbox for kids and lovely pool area with free towels. Really enjoyed my stay here and tried the breakfast on one of my days. Lovely selection.
Great hotel, with good transport links, all so has on site parking. Very clean and stylish rooms. Bar reception area mist welcoming staff all speak excellent English and are eager to help. The evening buffet is also very good value at 16e, lots of choice to suit all tastes.
Had to wait for room on arrival, was after given checking time, however manager faves a complimentary drink while waiting just over 1hr. The second point bed far too firm stayed in room 711, other than that all was fine.
Large rooms with very large clean functional & modern bathrooms. Tea & coffee making facilities. Safe deposit. Handy for metro.
A little isolated. Pool in shadow a good part of the day.
Lisbon is a small city. Very easy to get around on the underground. And the hop on and off sightseeing bus stops outside the hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and service friendly and good.
A little bit out of the city centre after a late nite out.No pedestrian crossing to get to the hop on and off bus stop. You have to get swimming towels from reception one floor up from pool.
Location is ok for getting around (close to subway). Shopping center close by. WiFi is good, pet friendly and staff is very helpful. Rooms are big and well equipped.
Not close to bars or restaurants.
The attention of the personal and breakfast quality
In the hotel's Internet page I didn't find a mention about nearest metro station
The pool was a very big bonus after lots of sight seeing in 37 degrees.
Bar staff run of there feet whilst plenty of staff at reception doing very little.
Close to buses, metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Room. Spacious etc.. Including kettle, variety of teas and coffee; not just mini bar. Food. Buffet breakfasts and suppers had quite a variety - normally found something to my liking. Very quiet.
