La cortesia dello staff. La cucina la comodità. L'altezza minima dell'ingrosso del parcheggio 2,20 mt., per me era molto importante, non mi è stato comunicato all'atto della prenotazione, che purtroppo è stata un pò complicato. |

Ambiente tranquillo, la fermata della metro è molto vicina ed in 5 minuti si raggiunge il centro con la macchina. Camere spaziose e ben arredate, personale cordiale e disponibile, pulizia accurata nella camera come negli spazi comuni(vedi piscina e centro fitness). Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. Sconsiglio di fare la colazione in loco, con 11 euro si puo' fare un' abbondante colazione in... Il ticket del parcheggio. Il costo è di 10 euro al giorno ma bisogna passare dalla hall x vidimarlo tutte le volte che si esce. Bastava prevedere un ticket validio per i giorni del soggiorno. |

l'hotel si presenta adeguato alla sua categoria: confortevole, personale adeguato e preparato, servizi adeguati. Buona anche la posizione rispetto all'aeroporto e la città. |

I did like the services, the staff was excellent.I would classify this hotel as a family. I booked four days, but could not stay the last nigth.so i did not have my moeny back. |

Great facicilities, comfort and services at a good price. Excellent breakfast. Fantastic to have an outdoor pool - great for a relaxing afternoon when it gets too hot for sightseeing. |

Nice clean hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Good price for room. Good location for access into Lisbon centre. Pool a bonus as well as free internet access. Would definately stay there again. |

Excellent facilities, pool and a gym were both great, and the hotel was really clean and well presented. Its situated quite far from the centre, too far to walk really but a good location for working at the university. |

The stuff was very kind,the rooms were clean andcomfortable,the breakfast was excellent,it is really value the money. the hotel was completely booked,and it took time to get the elevator,but we used the stairs and it wasnt so bad. |

Provided services were excellent, great breakfast, location next to metro station only2min by feet, very nice and comfortable room. Two central internet Pc's were mostly of the day occupied. There should be placed more computers in a well designed internet area. |

A new hotel and recently renovated. Very clean and modern. Service was quick and good. One small thing to improve: Everyday the towels were changed even though they were not left on the floor. If the idea is to reduce use of water and detergents this goal was not reached. It in unneccesary to change the towels in the room everyday if the guests do not request it - ie. leave the towels on the floor. |

Breakfast, gym and the pool. One lady in reception was quite rude, clearly in a wrong place. Very unfortunate becase most of the stuff was really nice and professional. |

the room was very nice and clean just like in the pictures on the website; it is relatively close (5-10 minutes walking) to public transortation (metro, buses and train station) minor things: some bath towels were old and smelly; the water in the pool had a strong chlorine smell |

The breakfast was great, complete with portuguese pastry. The staff was always helpful and nice. Of course, as Brazilians, we obviously had no difficulty with the language. the location was the major problem, since the hotel is off the city centre and a bit too distant from the nearest metro station. This could be easily solved if a staircase was built linking Malhoa Avenue to Praça de Espanha. The room was less than pristine in terms of cleanliness, with carpet on the floor and a funny odour coming from the bathroom sink. |
