Novotel Lisboa  

Genel mekanlar oldukça modern ve yeni dekore edilmiş olup otele olumlu deger katmakta. Ancak 2. Katta çok fazla klima motor gürültüsü bulunduğu gibi odlarla genel mekanların tasarım ve yeniliği arasında uyum bulunmamaktadır. İkinci katta arkaya bakan odada iphone ile wifi bağlantısı yapamadım. Notbook da sorun yaşanmıyor. Kahvaltısı diğer otellere Nazan sha çok çeşit içeriyor ve daha iyi. Bence is seyahati için gayet uygun bir otel ikinci kat hariç.

Nothing. Big dissapointment

They said it is a four star hotel, but it is not at all. Heating was too loud. The windows were so dirty that you couldn't see outside. Carpet was a grey colour. You couldn't distinguish if it was dust or the colour. You had to validate your parking ticket everytime you go out. Very inconvenient. Food at the restaurant was awful.

Nothing. Staff is not friendly, but angry.

Room was clean and bright and toiletries were of good quality. The breakfast buffet range was excellent, tasted great and service was quick.

The wifi access in room was extremely patchy. It was difficult to get online and stay connected. There should be more clothes hooks in the bathroom and bedroom slippers should be provided. Other than that the room was great and the chambermaid did a great job!

*Buffet breakfasts -- excellent; Buffet dinners, good too. *There were small problems with the room but the staff was very responsive and all problems fixed quickly. *Our room had a lovely view of a Roman aqueduct and we were pleased with that. *The staff was generally very helpful everywhere. *A little map of the transport options in the vicinity would make a big difference to people like us with a poor sense of direction: the metro, city buses and tourist buses are all within walking distance.

This is a good opportunity to point out what seems to be a common Novotel problem: blocked basins in the bathroom. This was fixed quickly in Lisbon but not so in the Novotel West-City Zurich and the Novotel Busigny- Lausanne where we also stayed a few days earlier. Another pesky problem with the basins in the Swiss hotels is that the lever for the tap comes below the tap and knocks your hands everytime you reach for the water.

The staff were excellent and communicated really well. The rooms were great and comfortable. The bathrooms in the room are fabulous. Excellent breakfast selection , nice comfortable pool. Really excellent value for money - The reception area is also used as a playing ground for the hotel guest children, this is very safe and secure if you have a family.

The parking garage has some very funny angles which make parking a challenge. You have to activate your parking key at reception daily which is sometimes a pain. The children in the reception can be quite noisy and disturbing but it is definately a plus for families

Good location - short drive from airport and good carparking - easy to get Hop on Hop off buses from hotel. Reasonable walk into the city. Very friendly reception staff. Nice rooms and good breakfast. Definitely recommend for short break.

The staff at the hotel were excellent and all spoke good english. Rooms are spacious with a large, well equipped bathrooms. They are kept beautfully by the housekeeping staff, although the carpets look a little tired. The beds are extremely firm but the pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast, which was included in our room rate, was very good with a large choice. The restaurant has a fixed price evening menu which we found very good and value for money. The hotel is in the newer finanancial area so you do have to travel to tourist areas but this is quick and easy with the excellent public transport. The hotel is near the airport which means aircraft noise but this was never a problem in the well sound proofed room. The airport shuttle stops opposite the hotel. Great child facilities. The swimming pool is a great bonus!

The restaurant was great and the room clean and quiet. It took a while to get an answer from the reception regarding a window issue, but overall all was good and the staff was very nice.

Front desk staff were very helpful and polite. Great size rooms and bathroom was fantastic. Free wifi and located close to metro and airport bus

I felt the service/lack of service in the restaurant were disappointing compared to the front desk staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with offering information on how to travel around the city and places to visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, very quiet and the bed superb. I would definitely recommend the Novotel for a city break in Lisbon.

Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. There's bus and metro station, shopping center in the neighbourhood. Hotel has private parking, but it's possible to find free parking places near hotel. Good and not expensive restaurant. There's a teapot in the room. Nice staff. The prace was very good.

O Hotel superou as minhas expectativas. A limpeza dos quartos e muito boa e o banheiro e excelente. Os funcionarios são muito educados e prestativos. Recomendo
