Helpfull staff, nice facilities, near subway and transportation

Nice clean hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Good price for room. Good location for access into Lisbon centre. Pool a bonus as well as free internet access. Would definately stay there again.

Excellent facilities, pool and a gym were both great, and the hotel was really clean and well presented.

Its situated quite far from the centre, too far to walk really but a good location for working at the university.

Provided services were excellent, great breakfast, location next to metro station only2min by feet, very nice and comfortable room.

Two central internet Pc's were mostly of the day occupied. There should be placed more computers in a well designed internet area.

A new hotel and recently renovated. Very clean and modern. Service was quick and good.

One small thing to improve: Everyday the towels were changed even though they were not left on the floor. If the idea is to reduce use of water and detergents this goal was not reached. It in unneccesary to change the towels in the room everyday if the guests do not request it - ie. leave the towels on the floor.

Breakfast, gym and the pool.

One lady in reception was quite rude, clearly in a wrong place. Very unfortunate becase most of the stuff was really nice and professional.

The breakfast was great, complete with portuguese pastry. The staff was always helpful and nice. Of course, as Brazilians, we obviously had no difficulty with the language.

the location was the major problem, since the hotel is off the city centre and a bit too distant from the nearest metro station. This could be easily solved if a staircase was built linking Malhoa Avenue to Praça de Espanha. The room was less than pristine in terms of cleanliness, with carpet on the floor and a funny odour coming from the bathroom sink.

The bedroom was very comfortable, clean and the staff very helpful. Free Internet in lobby was great!

A little far from downtown, but the metro system is very good in Lisbon. Breakfast is very expensive.

The people that work there are so lovely, the breakfast was excellent, the room was good, but a little noisy about the air condictioning.

Reservei, e garanti com cartão visa, um quarto não-fumador através do site booking.com. Sucedeu, porém, que na hora de me entregarem o quarto não havia quartos não-fumador disponíveis, e por conseguinte tive de dormir num quarto fumador. O quarto era o 1106, tinha cinzeiros, cheirava a tabaco e o corredor também cheirava a tabaco. Quando me apercebi que ia ser assim fiz tudo, em vão, para ter um quarto não- fumador. Se eu soubesse que ia ser assim não tinha ido. Foi uma estadia muito desagradável. Que falta de palavra e de respeito
