This hotel is excellent. The staff is very friendly, the food is excelent, the rooms are very good. A very good choice!

Sometimes outside the room in the loby the hotel is very cold.

Everything. Food, friendly excellent conditions and free indoor parking.

Nothing wrong, only problems were the pillows, too thick for my taste.

I stay here about three times a year. It's the best one in Fundao. Forget the others. Weird place with a bit of character. Lots of weird furnishings all around from donkeys to indian figures inside and out. 3 huge swimming pools outside so great for kids I would think. Inside the place is a maze. How do you get to the bar? And breakfast. But by in large clean and friendly. The restaurant attached is superb for fish and resonable

The beds as usual are a bit firm.

Stayed many times here on our travels, and most times travel extra distances specially to stay here. Restaurant is excellent and very friendly staff. Great place with fabulous pool area. Regards John Jones

Not as good as previous stays.

Excellent value for money with great facilities.

The restaurant attached to the hotel looked really nice and the staff friendly, only one spoke any English , the restaurant menu was all Portuguese and the subsequent meal - one sole and one lamb chops was almost inedible. Stayed two nights and went over the road on 2nd night and had superb food and much cheaper. Big plate of Garlic prawns 6 euros !!! Maybe we were unlucky but I dont think so !!!

don't normally respond to questionaires but this hotel deserved the highest accolade. The staff were excellent as were the facilities. the price was exceptional value. Only wish I could have stayed longer.

We loved every minute of our short time there. In particular the staff were great, very friendly, curteous and always had time for us. Our room was large, modern and clean. The restaurant was fab. The highlight has to be the pool area though, it was such a relaxing and child friendly environment to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Would really recommend this hotel to anyone, young or old, with or without children for a short or even longer break. We will be going back!

The breakfast is not the greatest but I guess very typical of Portugal.

Tranquility, nice place, great restaurant, the good and moderns rooms and I think it´s funny and in a way it´s nice (maybe even better in Summer) the pool like in Caribe

Good staff, good facilities, good restaurant, great value for money.

After staying here 6 times this was my only disappointing visit the room over looked the restaurants kitchens and the refrigeration kept switching on and off , I was moved to another room, but room 249 is to be avoided if you are effected by noise.

Como já sou cliente deste hotel há mais de 10 anos o que sempre gostei e continuo a gostar é a simplicidade do jovem casal antifriões do Alambique com os clientes, a inovação constante do espaço hoteleiro, a lipesa, o pequeno almoço excelente, e claro o Restaurante magnifico.

O quartos perto do elevador tem um pouco de barulho ... na próxima quero outro quarto :)

simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionarios, ambiente acolhedor e confortavel, espaços exteriores fantasticos, peq. almoço muito bom.

Familia + bebe, hotel em obras, poderiam ter o tacto de nos colocarem longe dessas obras, pois com uma criança a dormir a sesta um berbequim não é um bom companheiro. Para a zona da piscina interior tivemos que pagar 7 euros, OK, mas a piscina podia ter agua quente.

Os empregados muito atenciosos comigo e prontos a ajudar pois o meu marido está numa cadeira de rodas

As facilidades para deficientes podiam ser melhores o secador na casa de banho estava num estado que não podia ser utilizado e dava mau aspecto.

Num todo não há nada que nos faça não gostar do Alambique. Quando entramos nas piscinas, parece que estamos num paraíso tropical.

Nada há a acrescentar.

Limpeza do quarto (colcha decorativa manchada e toalhas sujas); Disposição do WC é horrível! Cadeiras da sala do pequeno almoço não são dignas de um hotel de 4*; Violação do cartão "Não incomodar"; Decoração do quarto é muito escura.
