The hotel lies nearby Funchal ( 12 km ), silence, good place on refreshment, good communication with Funchal by hotel bus and public bus. The chambermaid after cleaning didn`t close windows on balkony in room, and she didn`t replenish the soap and shampoo during 8 days stay. The rest was ok :) |

Good all round expierience, ample selection and choice of breakfast, very good pool facility, sun terraces and on site convieniance shop, it was particuarly useful having the mini fridge in the room to keep drinks and treats fresh and cool. |

One of the best hotels we have stayed at, and excellent value for money, definitely the best 4 star, anywhere. Quiet and relaxing, not a lot to do round about other than walk, and walks are very steep so not an area for anyone not good on their feet. Beautiful island and setting for the hotel. |

The location of the hotel is perfect, near the ocean. At some points you can see that the hotel is 15 years old (e.g. bathroom). Some maintenance should be done. One confortabel chair in a double room is also a little poor. Energy safe lights didn't fit in the lamps. But overall it is a nice hotel. |

It would have been good to have been told that there was an extra payment to includes special meal/fireworks on new years eve. We had already booked another venue but still ended up paying for celebrations we did not require. computer space needs to be bigger and more accessible. |

Die besonders schöne Lage mit sehenswertem Blick aufs Meer. Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter an der Reception. Das Servicepersonal diskutiert miteinander lautstark im Frühstücksraum. Die Reinigung im Zimmer könnte besser sein. |

Las vistas que teniamos desde la habitación, rodabamos las cortinas y las apreciabamos tanto de noche como de dia. Su tranquilidad y la paz , con el ruido del mar de fondo musical, una gozada. Desde aqui quiero destacar la labor de una de sus compañera, que aunque no se encuentra en ese hotel nos ayudo con las reservas y conseguir dos coches de alquiler que nos llevaron a recoger al puerto y lo devolvimos en el puerto , tratar con gente seria como el sr. Abel fue una alegria inmensa para todos . gracias cecilia REBOLO.seguramente volveremos proximamente a la isla un beso lazara. Nada todo estaba a su gusta medida y que ya esta recomendado a nuestros amigos y familiares, espero que a qllos tambien les seas igual |

Hôtel agréablement situé au bord de la mer avec une disposition des chambres judicieuse.Calme.Buffet du petit déjeuner richement garni. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de panneau indicateur avec le nom de l'hôtel. Comme il faisait nuit, nous avions de la peine à le trouver. |

Localização do hotel é muito boa. Recomendo quarto com vista para o mar, excelente! Sem barulhos durante a noite. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Pequeno-almoço com uma oferta variada. Água da piscina e jacuzzi demasiado fria (o sol também não ajudou a aquecer durante a estadia :) |

El trato en Recepción, el desayuno, piscina, jakuzzi, limpieza habitaciones, las vistas desde la habitación, los alrededores del hotel y su acceso a Caniço de Baixo Que el personal de Recepción tengan instrucciones de la Dirección del Hotel para cobrar por un mapa de Caniço 50 céntimos de euro, resulta sorprendente por la miseria que representa. Se debería regalar y ofrecer guías completas a precios más altos |
