Great blinds that bloke out all light, big confortable bed, airconditioning. Small kitchen but has enough utensils for cooking a basic meal. Has small coffee percolator, microwave, toaster, kettle. Washing machine as well. Grocery shops are about a 10min walk, beach is about a 10min walk in opposite direction and Portimao centre is about a 20min walk. Riverside is also about a 20min walk.

No washing up liquid or sponge was included so you had to buy these to be able to wash up. No pool or beach towels provided.

well kept hotel. Nice and clean with plenty of space. fully equiped with washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer etc., plenty of car parking space. staff were polite and responds very quickly to requests etc.

Extremely spacious, modern contemporary well equipped apartments, with a large fridge and washing machine. Large front rooms and flat screen TV, nice contemporary decor in rooms and hotel lobby and leisure areas. Rooms were cleaned every day andf the windows have shutters so the room can be in total darkness at any time if you wish. The hotel allowed us a late checkout of 4pm on the day of our departure which was great.

Noisy at night as the hotel is along side a dual carriageway. 10 min walk to a quiet beach but a good 20 min walk to the main strip which is not good with small kids. Sun does not shine on the pool area until 1pm. Breakfast is basic, cheap picnic ham, cheese crossants and rolls. Horrible scrambled eggs and beans and well rotten apples and tinned fruit. Pool bar is expensive €2 for a can of soft drink €3 for a pint of beer. During the week I stayed I never saw any one eating in the restraunt at night. Internet is extremely slow and pricey €1.50 for 15mins

We Liked the location of this hotel, close to shopping, beach and the town of Portimao, The staff are very good. Everyone speaks perfect English. Nice quiet bar to relax in. Well lit and safe underground parking. We had a great view from the large balcony. The kitchen has everything you need.

The apartment that we stayed in was very spacious and extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant was also lovely and good value for money.

We found it difficult to get into the hotel late one night as the night porter was not at the reception desk.
