A hotel elhelyezkedése nagyon jó (piros és kék metróvonal 2 perc séta S.Sebastiao állomás). A szobák, fürdő nagyon tiszta, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész.

A hátsó udvarra néző szobák az udvaron található gépészet reggel 7től beinduló zaja miatt nagyon hangosak. A szobaméret változó, vannak hosszabb tartózkodás esetén kényelmetlen, kis méretű szobák.

When the wifi didn't work in my room (weak signal) they helped me to another room. Decent breakfast and fairly comfortable room. Short walk to the university on Avenida de Berna.

Thin walls: sounds in adjacent rooms could be heard quite well. Fortunately, they were few and far between.

The room is big enough. It seems newly refurbished and air conditioner works properly. Value for money.

Although the breakfast was really good, but it can include more different things.

Hotel well situated in residential area of Lisbon with excellent variety of facilities nearby. Witihin easy walking distance of two metro stations.

Our room was situated next to the lift which was noisy. Car parking under the hotel was difficult due to the layout of the parking spaces and pillars.

The staff is excellent, and the rooms are very clean.

Nicely (but not fancily) appointed, clean, modern hotel near the Gulbenkian museum, with easy access to the metro. Excellent breakfast. Free (if sometimes spotty) wifi.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. -- The hotel is located right in the center of Lisbon near "El Corte Inglés". From the Hotel it's just 5 minutes to walk for the next underground station. The Service Team is very helpful and friendly!!

Plenty of food available at the breakfast, the friendly staff, good location (quiet and in a good neighborhood) close to the metro station and to one of the largest shopping areas in Lisbon. Also the rooms are kept pretty clean by the hotel staff.

The wireless internet signal is very weak for the top floors (we've stayed on the 8th floor). The room window was locked and you could only opened it 5 cm on the top. The lack of a balcony was also another downside of the hotel. The air conditioning was set to a default value and we could not raise or low the room temperature if we have wished. No variance in the breakfast menu, every day the same food (although plenty of it)

Good and polite staff, nice clean rooms. Good wireless connection.

They could improve the choices on their breakfast menu. The parking is awful if you own a bigger car.

I found the hotel staff friendly and helpful, my room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast times were convenient and the 12 noon check out time was especially helpful with regard to the late running night life that Lisbon provides.

I thought the initial deposit and daily charge for use of the room safe was excessive as I prefer to store my Camera Equipment, Passport and Bank Cards within a Personal Room Safe rather than using the hotel reception.
