The location of the hotel is great, right in the expo zone in a nice place in Lisbon to spend some relax days. The hotel is very comfortable and quite calm, what allow us to spend some good relax days in Lisbon. The hotel should have internet free connection. To me is an important decision factor when I'm choosing the best hotel for my travels. |

The Receptionist were very nice and also advised us to watch out about Taxis and their charging rates. We only stayed 1 night, only for transiting, and we asked for a wake up call at 4:30 AM. Our room phone was not working nevertheless the Receptionist sent someone to make sure we were awake. |

Excellent location in the newly-built Oriente area (Lisboa '98), conveniently located next to the Portela airport and within walking distance from Vasco de Gama shoppping mall and Oriente train / bus / metro station. Rooms are nicely furnished and quiet, room service is nice but slightly overpriced and hotel staff are always willing to help (mostly in English). Breakfast was ok. a swimming-pool would have been nice. be careful when taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel as taxi drivers tend to bee crooks. Always ask for a receipt and you should not pay more than 10 Euros for the short drive. Don't be surprised if they aske you a fee to carry your luggage in the trunk as this is common practice. Location, hospitarity, communication with stuff, friendlyness and all other things are excellent. In this trip, we used a rental car. It was very easy to access the hotel from airport. It is a great advantage of this hotel. Of course, quarity of service is perfect ! |

we have stayed at this hotel many times now and really do like the position. the reception staff are first class and really do try to help you with any enquiry. must say the beds are too hard and do avoid the restaurant the food this time was dreadful |

Kind and helpful hotel staff, nice rooms and perfect location if your business is at the congress center. Very close to the airport (less than 10 minutes with a taxi). The lift takes a little to understand how it works. |
