Room was excellent, good food, the internet worked, very good staff, though the lift is a bit unusual to operate. Would stay again.

The hot water urn at breakfast to make tea/cha was cold - please get one that you can plug in and keep hot. However the staff quickly provided hot water upon request.

Elevator is not user friendly, because when we push the bottom, we don't know where it is and if it's coming up or down!

The friendliness of the staff and their extreme helpfulness. The hotel is bright and light and the reception arrea spacious.

Perhaps there could be a little more subtlely in the menus.

The room was spot on, big, clean, comfortable, spacious with windows that you can actually open. The staff were friendly and helpfull.

There are only 3 Irons and Ironing boards in the entire hotel Although I was on a non-smoking floor it somewhat smelled like smoke

It's so clean as my home. And the foods are delicious.

Close to airport but you don't hear any plane noise! Near Convention centre, metro station and decent shopping centre. Bus 728 runs into the tourist areas x3 per hour. Rooms really cleaned each day and the staff seemed to really care! If you have breakfast included there is plenty of choice!

Rooms on the lower levels can pick up traffic noise if your room overlooks the street with the window open. The breakfast buffet area layout could be improved

Service

Very good location only 300m from the Metro/railway/bus station with excellent links to the Airport or central Lisbon. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to use the free WiFi to check in for my flight home but without a printer I thought I was stuck. The reception staff suggested I email the boarding pass to them, and they printed it out for me.

Location in the modern district near Parque das Nações and aquarium. 6 euros taxi from the airport. (note: plus 1 euro per piece of luggage) Near Oriente station; 25 min by metro from the city center.
