It is a great location , and nice and helpful people , and ..and closed to shopping mall and main station though .overall , not bad ..and I don t like the people there , they all the time complain ,so nasty ... Wifi was charged per hour 1,5 eoup...and be careful of the taxi driver they may charge u more than 10 eoup and usually it only cost 7 eoup from the airport to this hotel ...if they do , don t pay and call the people from the hotel ...

I liked the fact that it is close to the Parque das Nações and has easy access to alot of facilities. The ambience is friendly and clean. I was disappointed when I requested that they don't charge me for parking my car in their garage because I am a repeated customer and have stayed there at least 5 times in the last year. Their response was they have to charge the customer anyway.

The hotel has a very nice decoration tending to a japanese style and is very light, clean, well iluminated and well kept. The location is also excellent, at once near enough to the commercial center and train station and away enough for the noise and hassle not to be felt there. It is also very near the Tagus river and all the area is great for walks and very modern. The breakfast is nice and the hotel buffet is always a good option for a business lunch.

Easy access to airport and railway. Room was fine and staff friendly. Had to settle for a buffet on Friday evening when I was looking foreward to a more interesting meal. Still it was acceptable.

I chose the hotel because of the location and one of the previous commentors said it was the quietest hotel he had ever visited. The hotel was very nice, indeed, but I could not sleep well due to the air conditioning. It was very loud and the thermostate function made it stop once in a while. I always woke up, when it started to hum again. The price/night was very good. The loud air conditioning which I had to switch off in order to sleep without interruptions. That was the only minus.

The location for its sorroundings and modernity. The staff didn't speak Spanish at all and one of them, a girl at the desk, wouldn't lend us a pair of scissors to help us in an emergency.

Friendly helpful stafff.: stylish interiors. My Husband and I have stayed there many times. No tea coffee facilities in room, which I would expect in this standard of hotel. I was travelling with a fellow female companion, different rooms ad we both oserved that the duvets were heavy and lumpy. Going down to breakfast at 9.15 meant that many of the breakfast dishes were nearly at their end. Scrambled egg was one such dish. I mentioned it and a fresh dish was brought out. but by then I had finished my breakfast.

Excellent accommodation in the center of New city and not far from the airport, that why it will be interesting first of all for business trips, shopping, weekend trips. Very comfortable rooms with big beds, everything new and of good quality.

Location was excellent for visiting that part of Lisbon. Room was a good size and very well decorated (modern) and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very very good as well (buffet).
