Olissippo Oriente  

Very nice a and friendly staff, clean, very well located (near Metro, near harbour, near Airport, good acces to the center). Breakfast excellent.

We enjoyed the comfort of the Olissippo ORIENTE and location suited us as we have family in the general locality. The hotel was well run, friendly and comfortable. Lovely room , we would consider staying again at a future time if the price was right. Breakfast good , varied and nicely presented. Til next time !

Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet excellent. Location very close to Oriente station and easy to transfer to the airport, which was our plan.

Hotel rooms and furniture rather tired.

We chose this hotel as it is close to the airport and we had an early flight out the next morning – it’s about 10-15 mins by taxi to the airport and perfectly located near a large shopping mall. This hotel offers nicely decorated rooms, a good large bed and a good bathroom. Breakfast is also very good. The hotel is comfortable and the staff friendly.

The hotel was probably built for the expo in 1998 and is showing signs of wear and tear. The maintenance schedule doesn’t seem to be very good, which is a shame. The shelf under the sink in the bathroom was falling off and walls were marked. A bit of care and attention would return the hotel to a perfect choice. As it is, it is a good choice. There is no Wi-Fi connection in the rooms, only cable connection. That was OK, but you also have to pay for it – most people expect free connection nowadays, so build it into the room price like most other places.

Quality of the Suite. Very nice staff.

Noise at the dinner room. That came from an event in the hotel. The food and the service was good, so it deserved a more relaxed ambient.

The hotel is very good, confortable room, near Lisbon Oceanarium and a great shopping center. It is ideal for those waiting for connections at the airport, being very close. It has excellent breakfast. Although far from Lisbon's historic center, the metro is very close and taxis are cheap.

No internet with wi-fi, only cable connection.

the location in the Parque de Naçaoes is excellent. Very comfortable and clean. The price was good. The hotel is very accessible from the airport.

Excellent accommodation in the center of New city and not far from the airport, that why it will be interesting first of all for business trips, shopping, weekend trips. Very comfortable rooms with big beds, everything new and of good quality.

Location was excellent for visiting that part of Lisbon. Room was a good size and very well decorated (modern) and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very very good as well (buffet).

Good price quality and location

I liked the fact that it is close to the Parque das Nações and has easy access to alot of facilities. The ambience is friendly and clean.

I was disappointed when I requested that they don't charge me for parking my car in their garage because I am a repeated customer and have stayed there at least 5 times in the last year. Their response was they have to charge the customer anyway.

It was not the first time,but it was not as good as usual specially in what concerns front desk staff. May be I next time we will choose another hotel.
