Siisti hotelli hyvällä paikalla, lähellä mm. expo-alue, meriakvaario, casino, ostoskeskus Vasco da Gama ja itäinen rautatieasema. Lähellä myös lentokenttä. Hyvä, asiallinen palvelu! |

henkilökunnan avuliaisuus ja ystävällisyys ja auttavaisuus olivat tosi hyviä, ilmastoinnin sai säädettyä itselle sopivaksi toisin kuin joissain muissa paikoissa äänieristys oli heikko. Yksi ryhmä tuli yöllä n. klo 2 keskustellen kuuluvasti ilmeisesti käytävällä ja ilmeisesti toinen ryhmä heräsi klo 6 ja sama alkoi uudelleen. Voin kyllä suositella hotellia erittäin sikeäunisille ihmisille tai meillä oli vain huono onni varsinkin kun vastaanotossa yritettiin saada meille mahd. hyvä huone. |

good location, beds very comfortable we stayed as a special birthday treat, however after checking out the restaurant a la carte menu, were told by staff to just turn up at 7.30 for dinner, on arrival at restaurant then told sorry its buffet only tonight, you can eat a la carte in coffee shop, expecting people to pay a la carte prices on plastic chairs + tables no tablecloths or waiter service is not acceptable in a 4 star hotel, needless to say we ate elsewhere, very disappointing for a hotel of this star rating on a saturday night. Breakfast was mediochre, hot food was luke warm if that, a risk in any food establishment. |

The staff was very friendly. The environment is excellent: very quiet neighbourhood but the station very near so great connection to the citycentre. The hotel has a nice and modern design. Breakfast was very good but every day the same and the coffee was often cold. |

Friendly helpful staff. When I wasn't feeling well, I would have preferred to select my breakfast and take it to my room to eat in quiet and not be charged. The meal was included in my stay, so why can't I eat it where I want and not be charged extra????? That was not fair or acceptable to me! |

the buffet breakfast was very good. the location being near a casino, mall and the amazing aquarium it was a bit far from downtown but we knew that going there. |

The hotel is modern, clean, staff very friendly and always willing to help, very nice view from room. I would suggest this hotel for business purposes mostly as it is 20-30 minutes far from the city centre but near conference centers etc. I would also suggest to visit Oceanario, it is very near to the hotel and it is very interesting, |

Good location for the oceanerium which is a must see. Bus number 28 from 100m away goes straight into the city and back again for sightseeing. Breakfast excellent, rooms and beds comfrotable. |
