Friendliness and efficiency of staff - third time I've stayed in this hotel (always overnight). Excellent location for anyone driving north or south.
perfectly situated for the meo stadium for concerts etc and just yards from metro and main station.
Staff were helpfull. The breakfasts were cold. The toaster was useless and took ages to perform its task.
Cold breakfasts. It spoiled our stay.
Good breakfast, friendly and attention staff and excellent location.
Nice airy interior. Bathroom spacious.
In need of some maintenance as bathroom door did not close properly. Door stop screw on carpet, not good to tread on. A lot of marks on carpet. Lights very dim for reading. As Hotel so full the staff struggled to cope with what would have been an excellent breakfast.
Comfortable beds, luxurious rooms, great breakfast reasonably priced, proximity to station
Distance to city
The location is excellent as you can see all the local attractions - cable car - aquarium - shopping centre - train/underground - all within walking distance. You can be in Lisbon centre in 15 mins by underground which is about 13Euros for family of 4(2+2) return. Get map from reception. Large rooms with connection for family at good value with breakfast -plentiful choice. Would definitely use again.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and had a hot buffet as a choice.
Only stayed one night and didnt actually find anything we did not like. Did notice there was no tea/coffee or kettle in the room to make a hot drink but this is a minor thing for a short stay over.
We stayed at this hotel because of it's proximity to the Rock n Roll Marathon event series. It was within a short block to the finish line & easy access to the Vasco De Gama Mall. We enjoyed the daily breakfast offering which was inclusive with the rate. Staff was multi-lingual & able to assist in booking tours.
The hotel is far from the historical sites of Lisbon.
The location is nice. I was able to access to Orient station and shopping mall easily. Breakfast is also nice and enough.
I felt a bit expensive compared to the hotels in the city.
Near Casino, Shopping, Meo Arena, etc...
No swiming pool
Staff was attentive, helpful. Great location, plenty to do. As they were fully booked, I was upgraded to a nicer room for the one night I was there.
Bath was not as clean as it should have been with hairs in it (not mine).
The breakfast was terrific, so varied and so plentiful. We loved our room and the location was perfect for the airport.
I chose this hotel because it was close to the Rock N Roll half marathon finish line. I didn't know it was also very close to the bus stops for race day! It was very convenient. Overall, the hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice (but slow, have patience!). I would definitely stay here again.
The staff at the front desk were very slow at check in. It seemed to take a really long time for each guest. Otherwise, they were great.
The staffs were very helpful and attendtive
The Hotel is very convenient to the Airport and situated near the riverfront and Vasca da Gama Tower. Not especially convenient for sightseeing downtown Lisbon although the Oriente train station is a 5 minute walk and the hop on hop off buses pass the location.
Everything, Staff, service, geographical position
Having to pay for WiFi
Service and friendliness of staff. Location High quality of room
Felt that the dining room was too small for the number of guests. Needed to create more space to avoid overcrowding at breakfast

Very modern design, great staff, wonderful room
We left too early for breakfast
as in many hotel rooms not enough and not very bright lights
Our room, called "suite" was small ugly, with sad brown old curtains. Very depressing and overpriced. located behind the casino, where normally hotels are cheaper. Might be suitable for businessman not paying attention to details apart from bed and bathroom.
The location (close to the airport) and the general friendliness of the staff
The hotel is over-designed and full of gimmicks and gadgets to appeal to the weary corporate traveller...not us. Another annoying thing is that the bedroom windows are sealed because of the aircon. When will hotels realise that people like fresh air? Worst of all, the centrepiece of the breakfast buffet was the cooked option: bacon, eggs, beans, mushrooms, sausage...all stone cold. No-one had realised this and done anything about it, which was disgraceful. Not a good start to the day.
