We booked a room for 6 persons which was very spacious....2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and 2 balconies. The grounds were fairly large and well kept. Pool area was good, there were always pool chairs available. Great locations, near mall and grocery store and near many restaurants, main strip 10 minute walk away. Beach was a fairly long walk though, went only once. Distance from beach, beds a little hard, and the place is showing it's age. Even though kept clean, it could use some upgrading. |

Good sized rooms which were comfortable. Staff were very helpful With the size of the grounds it could accomodate a children play area. Given the number of families this would be popular |

Proximity of pool to lifts to appartment No bar facility we like to return to base after a meal each night were in our appartment by 10 / 11 each night and no oppertunity to mingle with the other guests no one communicated with anyone else. |

The apartments were very spacious and had all the utilities we needed,it was clean and centric. There was no entertainment,the pool bar was closed and you had to leave the hotel to have a coffee or buy an ice cream. |

Very clean and quiet. Centrally located. Room was roomy and well equipped. The main reason we chose this hotel was because it advertised "smoking" rooms, which we requested but we got a non-smoking room. We also requested a room on an upper floor (due to past experiences we have had with lower floor rooms). We were assigned a room in the basement of this hotel which was probably the worst room in the entire hotel! Our relocation request was not dealt with by them. |

evenings within the bar...........staff excellent cleaning staff......kept room in tip top cond. Would have been nice to be welconed at breakfast with a smile/hello/goodmorning..staff didnt smile alot in that area |

I thought the staff were very helpful. We had a lot of dealings with the staff at reception and they were always very obliging and friendly. There was an incident during one of the nights where a child went missing from one of the rooms and we found him. The guy on reception was very helpful, professional, and supportive in the matter. Thankfully with his help we found the parents. The pool was lovely, and the bar staff were very friendly also. The 'strip' is not right outside the door!!, but if you are like us lazy louts, the reception staff will have a taxi to the door in seconds!! You will enjoy your stay! The only thing I can say is that there was ants in our apartments, we were given spray to kill them and it did but to the end of the week they had returned. However I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly return again in the future! We had a ball! |

The good thing about the Hotel Apartamentos was that it had the facilities of a hotel, ie. the cleaner coming in everyday changing towels and making beds, hoovering and mopping through, but the space of an apartment, it really was like having a suite. The downside to the Hotel was that we were driving and there was no signs to the Hotel so spent 30 mins looking for it. Also, I think that the staff on reception are not as pleasant as others I have experienced, although not totally rude, when standing at reception they just carry on what they are doing rather than asking if you require assistance unless you speak. in my opinion not the norm for reception staff. |
