Orquidea is a reasonably priced hotel, ideally placed for walking around the old town Funchal with museums and galleries, Also docks and marina. Easy walk to the cable car and bus station for garden or mountain visits. Friendly helpful staff. Huge buffet breakfasts. Super rooftop terrace for viewing/ sunbathing.

L'emplacement au cœur de la vieille ville, proche des commerces, restaurants et stations de bus. Petits déjeuners très corrects, mais pourquoi n'y a t'il pas de vrai jus d'orange ? Certaines hôtesses d'accueil compétentes. Je n'aime pas la moquette dans les chambres et elle n'était pas très propre. Très peu de rangement. Insonorisation perfectible. Certaines hôtesse d'accueil pas très coopératives.

Gostei de tudo...e muito dos pintainhos coloridos. Dá um ambiente acolhedor. Não. No entanto refiro que as obras (prédio ao lado) são sempre incomodativas, mas necessarias.

Funcionários muito simpáticos, pequeno almoço muito bom tal como o restaurante, tanto o menu como o serviço são de hotel 4 estrelas e a muito bom preço, a vista do restaurante e terraço é fantástica, não tem parque de estacionamento próprio mas disponibiliza o acesso a um parque coberto a 15m do hotel por 4€/dia. Os quartos são "simpáticos" nada de extraordinário, mas bom para um hotel 3 estrelas.

Gostei do fim de semana que aí passei.O Hotel é muito agradável. Somos recebidos com afabilidade, e todas as pessoas que aí trabalham e com quem contactei foram bons profissionais. O pequeno almoço é servido com qualidade e quantidade.A Sala das refeições é ampla e com uma vista lindíssima. Parabéns. Continuem.

O terraço do hotel, no último piso, oferece aos seus hóspedes uma deslumbrante paisagem do Funchal, o qual pode ser aproveitado tanto de dia como de noite. Outra mais-valia será a tranquilidade que proporciona. A meu ver, só falta mesmo uma piscina onde os hóspedes possam relaxar depois de extenuantes horas de caminhadas.

все было хорошо: просторный номер, приличные завтраки, без проблем нам давали пляжные полотенца не очень близко от набережной, но это абсолютно не проблема, 10-минутная прогулка по фуншалу только в удовольствие
