Well situated and easy to find. Friendly reception staff and good parking arrangement. Assistance with luggage or trolley availability will be a plus. A bit noisy early hours of the morning. |

Convenient location near train station so no need to drag luggage too far. Interesting side streets and shops/restaurants between hotel and main shopping street. Double bedroom in the family suite tight for space with noisy AC unit just outside window. Twin room and bathroom ok. |

Excellent location very close to the old town, the room has an amasing view (the hill with the old university on the top), the free parking place was an asset. |

We were there only for 1 night but I found the hotell room pretty clean and so was the bathroom. Also the location was very good, central. The furniture was a little old and the room small. Didn't stay for breakfast so I don't know how it was. So overall it was fine for a night. |

The Valet parking was a useful extra as parking is a problem downtown, as in most cities. There were also lots of restaurants and sights within 5 mins walk of the hotel A little bit noisy from the traffic but not too bad if all windows kept shut. |

The most impressive is the help in the reception desk. I assume that it was the owner of the hotel maybe? Was really nice and helpful. He advise us as well the restaurnt with very nice service. Room was quite small and not luxury. It's for small budget but to enjoy the city as an student is enough. |

Hotel Oslo occupies a premier location near Coimbra Nova train station and the old town. Decor was dated, but room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Wireless internet was a bonus. Neighborhood is slightly shady at night. |

The hotel is conveniently located for sight seeing in the old town and there is free parking in the garage across the street. The staff were nice and helpful. I was concerned about possible traffic noise, but our room was quiet. We booked this hotel in part because of their family suite (two adjoining rooms with one bathroom--very convenient if you have children), but as it turns out the family suite has not been upgraded like some of the other rooms in the hotel. |

Kindness of hotel staff; atmosphare; location of hotel - close to train station and at the same time in the hearth of downtown I prefer stronger coffee in the morning, but I understand - it exist some traditions |

welcoming front desk staff and good central location very poor value for money , bedroom and breakfast room quite cramped we booked this hotel as they advertised a 5th floor bar with a view. the bar had some very old tables and chairs and was only open for a short time in the evening ,and drinks were expensive. |

With the free parking and free internet this is a good value. The location and breakfast were also a plus. There was bit of street noise outside of my room. |

Clean room, very close to the city center and to railway station, attractive price. Breakfast is a little bit poor but for us it was not the most important thing. |

For a 2 week work trip it was clean, smart and efficient - staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast choice. It has a fantastic cafe opposite for morning coffee and cake! traffic noise is quite bad, but stops about midnight. It's not in the best of areas, prostitutes, drunks - although never any hassle. |

The manager let us & helped us cook some food in the kitchen as no Indian restaurants were open & we are vegetarians. 15-20 minute leisurely walk to the Uni & Very close to the river. Quite small room but Ok for european standards. |
