Das Hotel ist ein Märchenschloß, Glanz aus vergangen Zeiten. Traumhafter Park,der Waldvon Bussaco lädt zu herrlichen Spaziergängen ein. Zimmer sind etwas abgewohnt. Das Essen ist sehr gut, Hauptgang sehr reichlich.Weine zu teuer. |

Lage und Einrichtung entsprachen den Erwartungen an ein romantisch gelegenes Schlosshotel. Das von uns genutzte Zimmer war allerdings doch deutlich renovierungsbedürftig. Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal ! Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke in Restaurant und Bar liegen an der Obergrenze des Vertretbaren |

faszinierender morbider Charme, nett gelegen in einem wenig aufgeräumten Märchenwald das Abendessen inkl. Wein kostet ebensoviel wie die Übernachtung. Leider ist es das überhaupt nicht wert, der Meinung war so ziemlich jeder. Bedienung und Räumlichkeiten ausgezeichnet. Beim Abendessen (es gibt feste Zeiten) besser zunächst hinsetzen und beobachten was andere Gäste bestellt haben und sehen wie es denen mundet dann ggfl. ganz verzichten. Diesen Tip hätten wir gern gehabt :- |

Das Hotel und sein Betrieb hat sich perfekt in den wunderschönen Park und in die Architektur des Palastes eingefügt ohne dieses einmalige Ensemble zu stören. Die Konzentration auf wesentliche Bestandteile des Hotels, gutes Restaurant und Bar und Weglassung von störenden Wellnesseinrichtungen. Gelungenes Beispiel für Integration eines Hotels in historisches Gebäude. Spontan fäält mir nichts ein. |

Sehr schönes Haus; sehr sehenswert. Herrliche Umgebung zum Wandern und für Picknicks bestens geeignet. Das Essen war gut, wurde uns jedoch zu kalt serviert. |

I enjoyed the peace and quiet of the Palace and the surrounding woods. Staff was excellent. The dinning room was a joy to have two meals in. Everywhere you turned there was something beautiful to admire about the Palace. |

Beautiful palace building in a phenomenal nature park. Concierge (Mario? Marco?) deserves recognition for excellent service. We got an excellent price through booking.com. Seems like hotel management doesn't want to spend on hotel (or Bucasso grounds) maintenance (cleaning was very good). Could be cultural, could be insufficient budget for maintenance, or could be a few staff (or managers) who don't want to work. |

The hotel has a very romantic atmosphere. It has an essence of the Manuel style. The park is beatiful in the spring. Good breakfast. The furniture is suitable to the style, but dingy. That TV set doesn't fit to this style of room. |

The hotel is in the most beautiful setting! Everything about the hotel creates a unique and memerable experience. The hotel needs to invest in a refurbishment, but it is still beautiful just the way it is! |

The hotel setting within the forest and the historical building were great. The guest lounge was very comfortable. The walks in the surrounding forest were pleasant. The young man at hotel reception was extremely helpful. The breakfast was very good. Dinner didn't live up to expectations, and the recommended wime was disappointing. |

The rooms are not fitting 5 star hotels, the very small TV set is unexpectble in hotel of this level, the hotel have no even sauna & so on... |
