Located on São Martinho do Porto Bay, this refurbished Art Nouveau style hotel offers free Wi-Fi and individually designed air-conditioned rooms. A variety of teas and freshly baked pastries are available at the tea house. A cable TV and a minibar are in Palace Capitão’s rooms. Each comes with wooden floors and a romantic décor. A hairdryer and toiletries are in the en suite bathroom. Some rooms offer views of the bay. Free bike rental is provided by Palace’s 24-hour staff. Guests can also canoe in the São Martinho do Porto Bay or play volleyball on the beach. A buffet-style breakfast is available daily and a room service breakfast is also available. In the evening, guests can enjoy cocktails and live music in the bar. Wonderful building, very fine decoration, perfect location near the beach, in the center of the vilage wifi didn't work, could have an area to park bicycles in the parking lot

The hotel itself was a beautiful building, with many original features. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, particularly Ruben. The location was perfect, right on the seafront and close to all amenities. Nothing, although tea and coffee making facilities would have been welcome.

It is a small villa hotel with great look and feel. It is quite old but that is why the atmosphere is unique. Just on the boulevard near the beach. I consider it as inexpensive giving the stature Coming to breakfast at 8 o'clock in the morning nothing was arranged. 5 minutes later the waiter showed up, probably overslept himself and not looking very fresh. It took 15 minutes more to produce a small breakfast. Arriving after 23 o'clock in the evening the door was unlocked by somebody in pijamas. Not bad but somewhat strange

I enjoyed everything about this very nicely located hotel. Very confortable, well decorated and maintained, very nice and helpfull staff, great breakfast! We stayed at the Captain room and we strongly recommend this place for a relaxed and restfull weekend! No complains!

Great location! Our room was on the small, dark side. Some of the rooms to the front of the hotel, which were being used for guests staying longer, looked gorgeous. No restaurant for dinner, which I didnt know in advance.

The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful, nothing was too difficult as we were leaving earlier than planned so they put together a special breakfast just for us. Our room was comfortable and well appointed really great value for money. Highly recommend it for a short stay for couples or more mature people.

Ein Palästchen für Verliebte oder zum Verlieben, klein und schnuckelig mit vielen original Details (nichts für Kinder) in allerbester Lage direkt am Strand. Der angebaute, modern helle Wintergarten, indem es das Frühstück gab. Leider war jeden Morgen der Orangensaft für uns als allerletzte Frühstücksgäste (11 Uhr) mit Wasser verlängert worden (damit noch "alles" zur Verfügung steht).

Ligging Vriendelijk personeel Weinig comfort, zeer laag plafond in de kamer, interieur zeer oud. Badkamer oud, douche te klein. Ontbijt heel pover. Eerder 2/3 sterren hotel dan 4 sterren.

Klein, mooi hotel gelegen aan een mooie en rustige baai in Portugal. Goede ligging voor ontspanning en voor het bezoeken van tal van bezienswaardigheden in de ruime omgeving.

Casa de banho grande. Pagamento com amex. Localização em frente à baía e perto de bons restaurantes. Cama extremamente ruidosa. Fruta do pequeno almoço estava boa para ir para o lixo. Acesso wireless à internet, no quarto, não disponível.
