The staff was excellent! We enjoyed Cascias, but it is too back that Estoril itself does not have more to offer tourists. The facilities were excellent. |

Seven of us stayed at the Palacio Estoril Hotel and we were all of the same opinion. Fantastic! Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable, the breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had, the staff were efficient and the swimming pool was superb. There was a building site next door but we hardly noticed it was there and there was no noise at all from it. We definitely would go back.l There's nothing we didn't like |

The building is beautiful, so are the grounds. The location is superb for going to the beach or even walking to Cascais. Overall I did not get the perception that it was a 5 star hotel. Very pricey for what was a very standard room, which incidentally was facing a building site. Hot breakfast buffet not adequate. |

Great experience and flawless hotel - the Palacio has an excellent and friendly staff and great facilities including a big outdoors swimming pool which proved very useful when the ocean is too cold or you just want more comfort than you can get on the beach. |

Excellent accommodation and very helpful and friendly staff Not specifically about the Hotel but the noise from the adjoing park at night with open air concerts was really loud and in one case a band did not finish until 2.30am. The Hotel had many complaints from guests unable to sleep. |

The hotel was situated in an excellent position. The decor was palatial. The bedroom was very large and of superb quality furnishings and decoration. Beautiful gardens, and a large swimming pool for serious swimming.For a holiday with a touch of opulence, this is the place to stay. The Lisbon coastline is a sight to behold.We would return. |

Mini bar prices are extortionate by any standard (€9 for a miniature spirit). The restaurant is very good but is also expensive compared with good quality local competition. Beware of expensive taxi transfers arranged by hotel (€28 to Sintra) |

Loved everything about the hotel. The reason I stayed at this hotel was that I got a special price, it was a really great experience. Outdoor pool was very cold even though the external temperature was 24 degrees |
