The hotel was a little out from the centre of Lisbon (about a 20 minute walk), but it was therefore very quiet. The room was spaceous as was the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. I would certainly use this hotel again. |

Have stayed in 2 AC Hotels now the modern style and quality is excellent. Nice touches like complementary coffee when we came in from a night in Lisbon says everything. |

All staff were very friendly and helpful. excellent location only 15 min walk to main squares. the hotel was very clean and the free minibar was anice touch. We would recommend it! |

Modern hotel with good rooms and attentive staff. Good buffet breakfast. Free minibar in rooms. Very quiet despite proximity to Metro (Picoas) & major highway. Difficult to find first time, but once familiar it's a very convenient location. The new Palacio Sotomayor shopping/office centre next door appears to have closed down so no facilities in immediate vicinity. |

I thought this hotel delivered exactly what I was after. A hotel for a citybreak, good location, helpful service, good facilities etc, would defintely stay here again on my next trip to Lisbon. |

all points of interest easily accessible. Ate every night in Alto area -walked there from hotel and then taxi back at only 5 euros. Free mini bar and coffee and food available free after midnight.Reception staff very helpful Chaotic in dining room Saturday breakfast - staff appeared somewhat stressed self service food not replenished. t -no scrambled or boiled eggs or museli.Turkish bath out of order |

Es un hotel tranquilo, ubicado cerca del centro de Lisboa si quieres ir dando un agradable paseo, y bien comunicado. El personal del hotel fue muy amable. Por poner un pero, se notaba cuando pasaba el metro al lado del hotel. |

personnel tres aimable ,francophone et tres à l'ecoute petit dejeuner copieux et varié attentionné , mini bar gratuit et regulierement approvisionné ds la chambre.Situation excellente à deux pas du métro et des bus bruits de la rue mais nous sommes en pleine ville |

L'hôtel est situé à proximité du centre de Lisbonne. Un métro est situé à cinq minutes de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont modernes et bien équipées (le minibar est gratuit). L'hôtel dispose d'un parking intérieur et couvert.The hotel is located near the center of Lisbon. A subway is located five minutes from the hotel. The rooms are modern and well equipped (the minibar is free). The hotel has an indoor and covered parking. Le personnel est aimable mais la majorité du staff parle uniquement l'espagnol et le portugais (dans notre cas, nous avons été confronté à du personnel ne parlant ni le français, ni l'anglais ni l'italien). A noter le coût élevé des connections internet.The staff are friendly but the majority of the staff speaks only Spanish and Portuguese (in our case, we were faced with staff who did not speak french, English or Italian). Note the high cost of internet connections. |

La habitación era bastante grande y el cuarto de baño también estaba muy bien. El minibar gratuito estaba muy bien. La gente de la recepción era bastante amable. Los 3 días que estuvimos no nos hicieron la habitación hasta las 5 de la tarde (increíble!!!). La cama era bastante incómoda y se oían los ruidos de los trenes que pasaban |

Das Hotel ist modern und schick eingerichtet. Es liegt zentral und dennoch einigermaßen ruhig. (geringfügig störend könnte für sehr geräuschempfindliche Gäste die das Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe passierende Metro sein) Die Umgebung ist relativ karg (Bürogebäude und Hotels) aber mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, mit denen man in wenigen Minuten den Stadtkern erreichen kann. |

me ha gustado el personal, que siempre está disponible, y sin embargo nunca ha molestado. también me gusta la funcionalidad de los hoteles ac. todo es práctico. del hotel no hay nada que no me haya gustado. hemos estado en la primera planta, casi a pie de acera; me hubiese gustado un piso más alto, pero hemos estado muy bien |

Las atenciones dispensadas por el personal del hotel, muy amable en todo momento facilitandonos la estancia Quizas el acceso por la Avenida de Fontes Pereira de Melo queda un poco escondido. |

Das Morgenessen war sehr gut. Minibar war auch inklusive, Lage des Hotels gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr höflich und entgegenkommend. |
