Very helpfull staff, quaint art deco design, convenient location and spacious rooms. Children had a suite that we could all have fitted in even though I booked a twin room. Breakfast was a bit chaotic at rush hour and limited in choice. Fancy terrace at roof level seemed to be exclusively for those who paid extra for "modernised" rooms. |

The helpful attitude of the two receptionists. Good breakfast facilities. City centre location with easy access to trains and metro. Good for anyone wishing to fly into Porto with direct access by Metro from airport to within 200 metres. Soa Bento Railway station is 10 minutes walk. |

The staff was really kind, the hotel perfectly located in the centre of Porto and close to the metro connecting to the airport. The atmosphere of the hotel is amazing and fitting to the Portugal's atmosphere. We were absolutely satisfied. |

The convenient location and the feeling that it was value for money. The bedroom was always immaculately clean but once the cleaners forgot to clean my bath. The reception staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfasts were very basic. The kitchen staff were totally indifferent to the customers and always busy getting their own meals. |

Rooms clean, furniture dated but characterful, breakfast - excellent buffet choice, 15 mins walk to old town downhill! Within walking distance of all main sights.Staff helpful and very pleasant especially front desk. Several good restaurants within 10mins walk for dinner. Car parking nearby but expensive 50Euros for 3 days |

The room was great and the location perfect, lots of style The breakfast wasn't very good, they need to give at least some fresh fruit (they give canned pineapple!!) and they should try to change the options too, same thing everyday is boring! |

Highly recommend, very good value for a money. Better than many 2-3 stars hotels! They asked pay by cash, althought I had made recervation by Hostelworld and given my credit card number. |

localisation- right in the city center, 2-3 minutes walk from metro station (and connection to the airport) nice breakfast; very good value for money would be nice to have some fesh fruits/veggies for breakfast , 'do not disturb' card was missing- from my poinf of view it is not necessary to change towels every day (but I am eco-freak) |

The staff were very polite, patient and helpful. Great location allowing us to walk to almost everything. Great value for money. My only complaint is that they charged us 2.5e for one hour of unsecured internet! |
