couldn't fault it for the price. clean and breakfast great

Good location.

Receptionist was quite aggressive about visitors. Room and facilities generally were quite basic.

It was very easy to communicate with the staff. Also well sitauated for metro to train stations etc

Found the notices int the rooms regarding the prohibition on washing clothes borderline offensive. I know very few people that will pay the exorbitant amounts that hotels charge for laundry services. It is no iinconcenicnce to management if the occupants wish to hang laundry in their private rooms. Also the wi-fi system was painful to use, slow and constantly needed to log back in after a period on my my devices (and required separate logins). Breakfast could do well to include fresh fruit and fruit juice.

Can be a little noisy late at night, but that is city life.

It was a good location. The room was clean and beautifully decorated.

We got triple room instead double room. I explained that I do not want three beds in the room, but the guy from reception said that it same price, and he did not give us a double room.

The location is great for a good look at the city center.

The furniture is getting a little old and the they don't have any noise isolation from other rooms and passage ways.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was useful being a couple of minutes from the nearest Metro station and around 12 minutes from the river front.

The decor was very dated and the rooms were not remotely sound-proofed.

Thin walls, could hear everything, very little sleep. Don't stay on the 5th floor, breakfast is served right above you.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was furnished in traditional style, very clean if a bit shabby. Did turn on TV once but there was no international channel that streamed well so didn't watch it which is fine because there's plenty to do outside. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location and value for money is very good.

The only thing would be that the breakfast was not good at all, just continental but nothing extra at all, not even fresh fruit..so if you have a slightly more refined taste, I'd suggest a trip to a nearby cafe.
