Service der Rezeption. Diese Leute haben die schwierige Aufgabe die Gäste trotz Mängeln in den Zimmern zufriedenzustellen. Der Pool und der Meerblick haben uns sehr gefallen. Frühstück war OK. Das Bad unser ersten Zimmerzuweisung war eine Katastrophe - Dusche defekt, kaum Warmwasser und Brause konnte nicht fixiert werden. Zimmerreinigung ist nicht ordentlich. Türen und Fenster sind teilweise defekt. |

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand von Estoril und mein Zimmer hatte Meerblick. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nach Lissabon liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Frühstück gab es erst ab 7:30 Uhr. Da ich an zwei Tagen bereits kurz vor sieben aus dem Hotel musste, konnte ich das Frühstück nicht wahrnehmen. Leider gibt es keine Lunchpakete als Früstücksersatz. |

the staff were very helpful and friendly and advised us re transport to different places. it was near bus and train station for travelling and also near tourist information office. i did not like the bed covers. they were a bit drab and used blankets instead of duvets. would have liked brighter and more cheerful bed covers. |

The welcome at the reception was lovely I think the mans name was silvio he was great the service was excellent a pleasure to stay at this hotel it was fantastic right across from the beach and train station so had easy access to everything around it |

breakfast and rooms were perfect for the occasion. We also used the pool twice. Water was clean and hygienic. breakfast was perfect however fruit juices should be freshly pressed. Hotel outside is noisy( disco(?) until 6 am) and lots of traffic noise when you sleep with open windows/doors. Matrasses are much too tough. |

The location was good but as a hill up to the hotel maybe not suitable if walking difficulties, sea view room was worth the extra good views from the restaurant as on 4th floor |

Good facilities, close to the beach, lovely views from our bedroom, helpful staff when my wife was ill and had to spend part of one day in bed. No, but a restaurant serving meals in the evening would have been a bonus. |

Going by recent reviews Sana Estoril is on the way up, stayed 6 nights late June and enjoyed it immensely, fantastic location, we had a 6th floor room overlooking the bay, staff great, pool and surroundings nice, a few more parasols and chairs would not go astray, no doubt they will appear for the high season, if you are thinking of the Sana, give it a chance. |

Previous reviews related to the hotel noted it needed to be refurbished, I can assure you that there has been quite a lot done already and to a very high standard. |
