View from the breakfast room is stunning and the reason I chose this hotel (based on a previous visit). Location relatively convenient for my meeting venue (SW suburbs Lisbon)
The matress was very firm (I initially wondered if there was one). A bit noisy with trains and other guests. Lighting in my room was poor and the layout not conducive to working (insufficient desk space).
Very good breakfast, friendly personal, the best beach in Estoril near the hotel
maybe the road between hotel and ocean
Noisy traffic at night.
The Sana hotel was ideal as a base to go into Lisbon for the day by train. The hotel staff were helpful and very pleasant. Our room on the 5th floor with a sea view was very large and spacious. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice and kept well stocked. The tables were cleared quickly and there were plenty of available tables to sit at. There was parking for our convertible car just outside the hotel door and more parking just over the main road, visible from the hotel. A lovely, relaxing stay.
My only complaint were the pillows. Very soft and flimsy and not comfortable. Also a fair bit of street noise as the hotel was on a very busy main road but we already knew this from previous reviews.
Bar man vv attentive. Wifi available near station price
The dining room functional. The food. Could not get a simple boiled egg. Bedroom top floor no view
Great location , good value for money , nice sea view , friendly staff
Slightly tired , water not boiling
Proximity to beach Deli around the corner
Noise from rooms Bad smell of sewerage first night, had to go to reception twice about it before it was sorted
Location was great. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was set in a fabulous room with sea views, breakfast choices ok.
Room needs a refurb..I booked a double room on line but got twin beds...didn't move room as room was ok although small, but had great views and balcony.
typical 1970s large lovely rooms and balcony. Could have done with make over but who cares loved it. Great breakfast hot or cold. Pleasant staff.
position of hotel to the beach and the train station
The Hotel is in steps from the dreamy beach (in the mornings). It could get crouded later in the day. The rooms are comfortable, the shower is nice. We stayed for two days, cannot say more. Overall it’s a nice place.
Reception staff very helpful with regard to local site- seeing, tours and restaurants. Good Breakfast! Nice Beach 300m from hotel, with easy 1.5 k walk into Cascais.
Fri & Sat night local disco's kept us awake all night! OK if you stay mid week! Room Decor tired. Restaurant only serves breakfast! You must eat out for Lunch and Dinner
Good location and excellent views Nice building and well decorated hotel Very attentive and efficient Personal: reception, bar, cleaning Good value for money
Some aspects of the room seem a little bit old. Not a major inconvenient and some work seem scheduled
nice hotel and room
swimming pool is very loud from cars in the street
The air conditioning was new and worked really well. The view was beautiful (6th floor) Staff were friendly. Cleaner was lovely and very attentive. Breakfast was adequate, nice selection of fresh fruits too.
They took money from our card before we arrived and on booking.com it said we would pay at the desk once we arrived. They tried to put us in a very dark, dingy room which smelt awful like damp water and there were dirty marks all over the floor and walls, we went to three different rooms as we wernt impressed and finally the last one was exactly what we expected and was clean. But i can not say that all the rooms are clean in SANA Hotel. Whole hotel needs to be updated, new carpet, paint the walls. We woukd not book SANA Estoril hotel again.
Amazing guest lounge, super views from bedroom balcony. Very comfortable beds. Very efficient housekeeping. Lovely pool.
The location and the view. The helpful staff. The free wifi. The breakfast.
Staff in particular.
Too small room, no kettle or iron. Poor value for money. No food or restaurant facility.
Location - nice staff

hotel a little dated perhaps but nothing that would spoil a holiday.
Very children and family friendly good beaches and transport ljnk
No restaurant sauna/steam facility or massage
great location, spotleesly clean, lovely staff great breakfast and within walking distance of all amenities.excellent value .
rooms quite small, pool was in shade alot of the day.
The fact that people were friendly and very helpful about everything. There was easy access to everything you might want to see and do.
