Everything about this hotel is top notch, particularly the staff, who are friendly and gracious. Surprisingly, everyone speaks English. Also, the cafe food, although expensive, was excellent. The location is in a more urban part of Lisbon and not so convenient for a walk to the old town. Although the metro is very quick, the closest station is several blocks away. |

I particularly liked the staff; they were always courteous and ready to help with booking restaurants, giving advise, etc. Also the view of Lisbon from our room was rather nice. I also enjoyed the piano playing, in the evenings, in the hotel lobby. The view from our room was partially blocked by the Ritz. There isn't a bar or restaurant in the top floor of the hotel which would afford a wonderful view of Lisbon. The Ganesh bar is rather expensive and not very inviting. |

I was surprised how much value for money i got with its great location. It is modern and clean and the hotel staff very polite and suitable for travelers who prefer more modern hotels rather than the historical type hotels in Lisbon. |

Good location. Good staff. Clean and spacious hotel.Good presentation. No need to order a cab. Cab already waiting to drop you off anywhere. Not so much facilities available. Room very warm. No coffee/tea machine in the room which is surprising. Air conditioner in the bathroom did not work well and it always took a while before the steam got spread out. Not enough lightening in the entrance. |

This was a very comfortable place to stay and excellent value for money. Although the Hermes toiletries are very nice, they were not restocked without specifically requesting this from housekeeping. |
