ハネムーンだったので、シャンパンとフルーツのサービスがあった。お部屋も角部屋を用意いただき清潔感もあ- ってサービスは一流で満足感を得る事ができた 最寄りのメトロからは徒歩5分、坂道が続く。さらに5分歩くと多きなショッピングセンターがあるが、そこま- での坂道も体力を要する。 |

中心からはやや離れているが（徒歩圏内）素晴らしいホテルだった。快適なホテルライフを過ごすことが出来た- 。また泊まりたい。 |

かなりお得な価格だったのでそれほど期待していなかったのですが、実際はとても快適なホテルでした。バスル- ームがきれいでアメニティはエルメス。タクシーも利用していたので、駅からの不便さはそれほど気になりませ- んでした。 |

とてもよいホテルでした。部屋もきれいで、また部屋からの景色も最高でした。街中に行くのもメトロを使えば- 問題ありませんでした。（夜はタクシーを使いましたが、安く問題ありませんでした） |

市の中心からやや距離はあるが、それでも泊まる価値はあります。タクシーの運転手はこのホテルがリスボンで- 一番だよ、と言っていた通りすばらしいホテルでした。とにかく部屋、スタッフ全てに満足です。 部屋のミニバーの値段が恐ろしく高い。リスボンの相場の5倍はしているのではないでしょうか。値段を半分に- して回転させた方がホテルとしても儲かるのでは?と思ってしまいます。因みに200mlのコーラが6.50ユーロもします。 |

市内観光/ショッピングに便利。 スタッフも優しく子供達も歓待。 眺めも広場が正面、且つ、遠くに海が一望出来る。 室内は清潔、お洒落で品の良さを感じた。 アメニティ－も充実しており、快適に過ごせた。 車で旅行したが、車のパ－キングも全てホテルにやって貰い、小さな子供連れの家族には丁度良い。 |

This was a very comfortable place to stay and excellent value for money. Although the Hermes toiletries are very nice, they were not restocked without specifically requesting this from housekeeping. |

Excellent Room! Big and comfortable. Staff used out of date maps with incorrect port information, this caused us problems visiting the Jesus Christ statue. |

The prices in the restaurant and bar is a big joke. They could as well have put a sign up saying: "go somewher else to eat and drink, because we take a pis on you" Change the prices in bar and restaurant to a attractive level or you better close it. You get ordinary food and drinks to absolutely ridigoulos prices |

I liked this hotel very much, the luxurious room, the facilities (gym, internet..) all at very interesting rate. I enjoyed very much the great big bed and the bathroom amenities by Hermès Paris.I did not make use of the breakfast buffet, but there were great bakeries in the close neighbourhood. Moreover, the big department store El Corte Ingles is really close by. |

The room was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. We got a great deal on the price so were really very pleased with the whole hotel. I would suggest that perhaps training for new members of staff on reception is needed - so they don't just leave guests standing at the desk while they go and chat with someone else.... |

The staff were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always ready to help or advise. The breakfast times were excellent for those on holiday, as was the breakfast itself, along with the service and atmosphere. The room was spacious enough and comfortable. "Didn't like" is a little strong. However, the matter of paying for internet access needs to be addressed. For a top rate hotel Wifi should be free, at least in the public area, and if in the rooms it is still necessary for it to be a paid for service then the time should at the very least be cumulative and not for a set period of hours whether you use it or not. The gym was rather limited in equipment, a bench and more free weights would improve this somewhat in place of one of the multi-gyms. |

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of previous occasions and was pleased to see that the high standards are still generally being maintained. The booking was for my wife and myself, so I was dissappointed to have to request a second dressing gown and pair of slippers. I also had to request a slip prevention mat for the bath. |

Excellent hotel's staff, champagne and birthsday cake for my wife (she had her birthsday during hotel stay) quite big rooms with nice city view, elegant entrance Some furnitures a bit too much old fashion - still elegant but a bit too much depreciated |
