The staff at the hotel were fantatic in giving us recommendations, booking us a dinner reservation, a tour of a port house and just being helpful in general. The location is a bit out of the way but the taxis are cheap and the quality of the hotel and staff make up for it. |

The staff I feel that the hotel does not give value for money. I was charged excessively for breakfast....a bowl of cereal / coffee / orange juice cost my company Euro 21 p/d, I had to pay for internet access (Euro 65) and for the use of gym facilities (Euro 10 p/d).....other similar standard holtels have these as part of their package...NOT EXTRAs |

This hotel was top quality. The rooms were very spacious and clean and the pillows on the bed were the comfiest I have ever had. |

It is not a five star hotel definetely. We beleived that it would be the same with tiara hotel in Lisbon. No it is not. It really need renovation and the rooms are much smaller |

The hotel room was clean and spacious. for a 5* hotel there was no swimming pool nor was there a balcony to relax on . It felt very confined. |
