設備が新しく、掃除も行き届いている。朝食のビュッフェも品数が多く満足できる内容だった。 ドライヤーが壊れており使えなかった。 |

街の中心からは少々離れているが、ホテルの前のバス停から乗れば旧市街地まで直接行くことが出来る。部屋の- インテリアデザインも洗練されていて、非常に居心地が良かった。アメニティもすべてエルメスで統一されてお- り、毎日欠かさず補充をしてくれた。スリッパやバスローブが用意されていたことも良かった。フロントでチェ- ックインする際に、ポートワインのグラスサービスがあってサプライズでした。 全くなし！ |

The hotel is reasonably luxurious, very clean and comfortable. It's not in the city center but not that far either. Service is very good. Excellent value for money. |

Excellent all the way around. We didnt have to lift a finger for anything. The laundry service was 5 hours early, the 2 cups of coffees we ordered from room service came as a pitcher of coffee and milk, a nice gentleman to push the elevator door when we walked in the door, a doorman that gave perfect directions, and a steak in the restaurant to remember!! Although we normally dont eat in the resturant hotel, the meal was only surpassed by the excellent service. It was an unforgettable stay and we are looking forward to staying here again. There was nothing negative to say about our stay. Truly a 5 star hotel with the all the right things to continue being one of the best hotels in Porto. |

Location, facilities, staff, meal, correspomdence were perfect though I think the bussiness center fee, which is using their internet, and telephone using fee were very expensive. |

The fact that the hotel really lived up to our expectations of a 5 star hotel eg doorman arranges immediate taxi for you plus we had an upgrade upon arrival! |

Very good Hotel with good price. Big quiet luxury room, had everything we needed. Nice view from the eleventh floor. Big variety for the breakfast (champagne included). The personel of the reception and the room-mates very kind and helpful, responded efficiently with a problem at the bath. They are going to send us the money for the replacement of a spoiled cloth. I had no problem during our stay at the Hotel. The only complains: parking and internet very expensive comparevly to the room rate. |

The staff at the hotel were fantatic in giving us recommendations, booking us a dinner reservation, a tour of a port house and just being helpful in general. The location is a bit out of the way but the taxis are cheap and the quality of the hotel and staff make up for it. |
