Очень удобный номер.Хорошо организованная парковка автомобиля.Красивый дизайн и удобное месторасположение.Вкусный завтрак и доброжелательность всего персонала. |

Очень удобный, чистый и комфортный отель. Расположен далековато от центра, но при португальских ценах на такси это скорее плюс, район спокойный и тихий. Отель немного не дотягивает до пяти звезд, но при весьма умеренной цене более, чем стоит своих денег. Интернет по 17 евро в сутки при цене номера в 85 это откровенное хамство. Завтраки бедноваты. |

The hotel is reasonably luxurious, very clean and comfortable. It's not in the city center but not that far either. Service is very good. Excellent value for money. |

Room was beautiful. Received free room upgrade. Friendly/helpful staff. Needed to take bus/taxi to get to city center. Not a major inconvenience. |

Excellent all the way around. We didnt have to lift a finger for anything. The laundry service was 5 hours early, the 2 cups of coffees we ordered from room service came as a pitcher of coffee and milk, a nice gentleman to push the elevator door when we walked in the door, a doorman that gave perfect directions, and a steak in the restaurant to remember!! Although we normally dont eat in the resturant hotel, the meal was only surpassed by the excellent service. It was an unforgettable stay and we are looking forward to staying here again. There was nothing negative to say about our stay. Truly a 5 star hotel with the all the right things to continue being one of the best hotels in Porto. |

Location, facilities, staff, meal, correspomdence were perfect though I think the bussiness center fee, which is using their internet, and telephone using fee were very expensive. |

Very good Hotel with good price. Big quiet luxury room, had everything we needed. Nice view from the eleventh floor. Big variety for the breakfast (champagne included). The personel of the reception and the room-mates very kind and helpful, responded efficiently with a problem at the bath. They are going to send us the money for the replacement of a spoiled cloth. I had no problem during our stay at the Hotel. The only complains: parking and internet very expensive comparevly to the room rate. |

The staff at the hotel were fantatic in giving us recommendations, booking us a dinner reservation, a tour of a port house and just being helpful in general. The location is a bit out of the way but the taxis are cheap and the quality of the hotel and staff make up for it. |
