Friendly staff, the facilities are very convenient and very fair price. Regarding the location EXCELLENT :)
Nothing to point out!
The staff of passport Lisbon is very nice and helpul. They create a friendly atmosphere for the travelers.. is like a home. The localization is perfect close to main touristic points of historic Lisboa and also not to far from the airport
The unique problem in my opinion is the toilet because is too small and you dont have much privacy
Location is perfect - right on the tram 28 stop, 200m away from Metro. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast with lots of options.
In November you can expect rains and cold and staff in hostel were not able to turn heating on. We felt that they didn't really wanted to fix the problem. Dishwasher was broken and after everybody ate their breakfast it was hard to put dishes to dry anywhere. Bathrooms on 4th floor were very nice looking but taking shower changes them into puddle
Excellent and modern facilities. Excellent location. Daily cleanning to the room. Excellent breakfast.
The bed, 2 single beds joined to make a double bed, not good to couples.
I've stayed in a private room. I liked mostly everything about the hostel. Location - I walked everywhere in the central part of Lisbon. Cleanliness - the room, all the public areas, bathrooms are very tidy. Shared bathrooms are being cleaned couple of times a day. There was a small kitchen on the floor where I've stayed plus a bigger one on the floor where the reception is, which is very convenient. I guess the private and shared rooms are located on the different floors, which made the area where my room was located very quiet. Breakfast is very good for a hostel. Staff members are very friendly and always very very helpful.
One little thing - no hooks in the room to hang towels to dry.
near to ocean center of city comfort clean good managers
slooowy wi-fi noize street even at night (for me its not problem)
Ummm.. the price and that was pretty much it.
Very noisy all night from street noise - if you make the mistake of booking here, bring ear plugs. Lots of very antisocial people there that I'm pretty sure are living there. "Common room" felt more like their private loungeroom and that you were invading their space. Dorm rooms awfully tight, beds really uncomfortable - springs digging into your back and very flat pillows. No possible privacy in bathroom. Stall style toilets with very small doors and showers dont close properly and you have to get dressed in the main bathroom part - no room in shower cubicle to put your things. Take your €10 per night elsewhere. You don't need to be that close to the night life.
Funky hostel excellent location and apartments upstairs are gorgeous and comfortable
Wifi strength bit poor but that's the only downside!
Very good location and nice view.
Easy to go: Airport->metro (red+green), few steps from m-station (go right from ticket gates, sign too far. Fun was entering from street through news kiosk. Lovely old small lift. Studio apartment: front door is behind the big mirror, like Alice in Wonderland! Very nice interior, nice view , cleaning every day, friendly staff, very good location, heart beets.
Roof is leaking some drops when its raining hard.
The staff especially Joaö and the girl, I can't remember her name were not only friendly but efficient as well. They make one feel at home immediately offering assistance where required. The breakfast was more than excellent. This place I will greatly recommend if you want value for your money. Location is perfect.
The bathroom floor for the showers needs to be tiled, otherwise it looks black and grungy.
Ideal location: tram 28 stops right in front of the door, lots of restaurants and bars just one street away (bairo alto), you can discover the center of Lisbon by foot and the train to Belèm is only a 5-minute walk away. Spacious room with shared bathroom, kitchen and small living area (shared with 2 other rooms). Breakfast was OK: cereals, yoghurt, bread, toast, cheese, ham, coffee, orange juice and 1 morning a fresh fruit salad. Very handy: 24/24 reception!! Very clean.
During the weekend you hear the partying people from Bairo alto but it didn't really disturbed us (we were on the top floor so not too much noise). Beds weren't top class but OK.
The hostels kitchen facilities were first rate, better than any other hostels kitchen. It is centrally located and in walking distance to many attractions. The staff were amazing especially the Brazilian girl at the front desk who was able to help me with everything I needed, and I needed alot as I was very sick and needed some help with pharmacies. I would definetely recommend this. Breakfast was standard but had many drinks available. For the price I paid, I definetely got MUCH more than I expected.
The only con is that the rooms are quite small if you have bigger luggage. For most this was not an issue but for me it was the a tiny issue.
The staff were friendly and helpful.Room was clean and had comfortable bad.Sufficient breakfast.
Noisy, because it is directly below the hotel pub.
The staff was very kind and available overnight. The facilities have everything you will need and breakfeast included. The location of the hostel was excellent. Very good value for money.
The party going on the street on thursdays, fridays and saturdays was not a problem to sleep.
Lots of restaurants in the area. Lots of little bars also. A main train and bus stop was just down the hill. The room was quite big and spacious and the breakfast was nice.
Area was fairly loud at night as there is a large square next door and a bar district down the street.
The location and staff is amazing
The beds are not good Toilets are half doored so......
There were 6 beds in a room prepared for 4. You couldn't even walk inside, or open the window. My bed didn't have a plug neerby nor light. Other beds did. Very noisy at nigh. Staff friendly but very inefficient.
Only good thing about it it's central.
Booked a 6 bed dorm ended up in the 8 bed. There's only 2 showers for 16-22 lads. Sometimes we had to wait in line to shower, bathroom had a swinging do so it could partly be seen what s happening in there. The 8 bed is actually a 16 cause you have to walk through another room to get there. Worst place i'we been so far
shower system, bathroom, free towel, location,
so narrow, a liitle noisy(because there is in front of plaza), bad wifi signal.
Perfect location, good breakfast, nice helpful stuff.
Cheap (well everything's cheap in Lisbon) Location Staff
the fanfare on the square at 3am on Saturday
Comfortable beds Nice kitchen too cook Helpful staff Free breakfast
Bathrooms were less in number.
Good location: tram 26 just a few steps away. Metro station is also within 3 minutes walk. Low price.
I stayed in 6-mix dorm, which is not a very pleasant experience. The room is very very small (around 10m2). One can hardly turn around in the room. I did not find a plug near my bed so I have to charge my phone in the common area, which is not that convenient. The room faces the street, making it very noisy at night. It has a window, but if you close it to prevent the noise, it will be hard to breathe at night. I only recommend to people who are traveling with really limited budget - but as the price in Lisbon is quite low compared with other European big cities, I think you can find a better place to stay without paying too much.
