Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms. Great location, close to shopping, beach, nightlife and good restaurants. Friendly, helpful staff. Would have been nice to have some chairs on the roof. |

We loved the decor and general feel of the hotel, the amenities both in the hotel and close by, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and felt we could really relax and enjoy a break from the cold winter in England! Perhaps the menu in the new restaurant was a little too ambitious especially as there is an a la carte room too - we stayed last year and felt more comfortable with the menu then. |

Walking on beach, dining in hotel and surroundings, visited tourist attractions and visited football stadium. Not having an indoor pool, and unsure about bar downstairs, eventually discovered you could order a drink in dining room therefore you did not have to stay out. The whole experience of this hotel was pure luxury and personal professional service. |

A special thanks to the the kitchen staff who prepeared an excellent meal for our wedding dinner. The staff provided excellent service and the hotel was just great. The restaurant had a good variety for breakfast and the dinner menu was good. The location of the hotel is convenient to bars and restaurants. There is nothing negative I can say about this hotel. No complaints. |

Sumptuous decor, great buffet breakfast, cleanliness very high standard, lovely staff, free wifi and internet access, good base to explore Algarve. Not much soundproofing between rooms. If we go again we will take a universal plug to keep water in the sink as the design of the sinks doesn't allow you to retain water (eg for shaving etc). |

The hotel was very slick and modern with classy touches. The staff were fantastic and the breakfast was divine. The gym was in a great location, however lacking facilities. Could be made a lot better. It also appeared that they did not have double beds, only twin. |

Superb breakfast, friendly staff, close to a very good sandy beach and an ideal location for touring the Algarve, with plenty of restaurants only 5 minutes walk away and free internet along with a large pool with plenty of sunbeds. The hotel rate was very reasonable and included breakfast. |

Excellent, high quality hotel. Stunning design, friendly staff, great location. Small complaints but... the gym was rubbish and the music at breakfast starts at 7.00 am, so if you are above the restuarant. |

This hotel is very modern and cozy.Everywhere is very clean.We could stay in the room with nice ocean view thanks to the kind receptionist.We are satisfied with the hospitality.I recommend this hotel sincerely.Excellent!! Finally, our room was not cleaned..just we could exchange towel.It´s a little pity... |

This hotel was in an excellent location for my needs at a very competitive price with excellent facilities including breakfast. The only minor issue that I had with the hotel was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the rooms. |

the staff was very helpful and friendly. the rooms was cleaned everyday. not far from the restaurants and nightlife within walking distance. breakfast was good. the spa was not up and running yet. |
