It is at 400 metres from the airport, close to metro botica or aeroporto. A walk from the hotel: simply pass the tunnel. From the airport: turn right and follow the signs "Pedras Rubras"". Good value for money, but the bathroom was far from clean. Rest of the (large) room was ok. The beds are soft enough! Like all of Oporto this hotel is "lost glory". They used to charge € 140 for a room. Now: € 60=. The tiles of the bathroom have to be cleaned. There is a very basic bar (with hot snacks) but no restaurant. The nearest restaurant is at the airport. The location is very good if you have to fly early! Catering services at the sa carneira airport were open when I arrived: 5 am.

It is very close to the airport and perfect if you have an early flight. The building is quite ugly from outside, but the rooms are nice and clean.

The hotel is very conveniently located to Porto Airport. I am a slow walker but still made it to the airport in just over 10 minutes. The bedrooms are of a good size with spacious en suite facilities and a balcony. From the outside it looks more like a prison block than a hotel. They could do with some additional signage and spend money on landscaping. i've seen more grass on the roof of my house than there is on their lawns.Buy a hose please, Mr Hotel Manager. I found it most unusual that I had to go down to reception to get a remote for the tv! The bar, if you can call it a bar was empty of people and of alcohol. I ordered a coffee and beer and the barman had to take out a little book to find the price. He then told me that as he had no cash float or till the drinks would have to go on the bill. When i went to pay for the drinks the next morning, the receptionist could not find the bill. After searching for some minutes he found a slip of paper with an amount of 6 euros 10 centr but no room number!

The room itself was very big. There was quite a big bathroom with within there a smaller room with separate toilet. The bath, which was already large enough to fit 2 people, also has a whirlpool function, very cool! It all looked quite new en modern, albeit a bit 'empty' with no accessories. TV working good, with multiple international channels. But probably the best thing about this hotel is that it is just a 5 minute walk from the arrival hall of the airport. On the outside you get quite a different feel than from the inside. It's a pretty ugly 'box-like' hotel without any atmosphere. It has no restaurant but offers a few snacks till 21.00 o clock, like hamburgers, soup, hotdog, pizza slices. The disadvantage of being so close to the airport is that it is a coming and going of visitors. But if you keep the windows shut that's not really a problem. However, as the air conditiong was broke it was extremely warm in the room so we really did want the window open. Great hotel if you arrive either very late and have no possibilty to go into Porto, or if your flight is leaving early in the morning. Not advisible to stay here for more than 1 night or if you are looking for a nice athmosphere.

The staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful and provide assistant beyond the call of duty. In particular the Australian receptionist and her male colleague. Just right for us.

There are no signs to show were the Hotel is. It is in fact a 10 minutes walk from the airport, but only if you now the shortest way there. We arrive at the airport by night and took more than 45 minutes walking around until we found the Hotel (after phoning them three times). There were no lights in the 200 meters from the main road to the Hotel entrance, and I was relieved that I was not alone. No restaurant in the Hotel or within walking distance (except for the airport services). Only a small bar with very little choices.

convenient to rental car agencies and airport the tub jets did not work and the 2 minute taxi ride to airport to catch a flight from the hotel was rediculous, the cost was 9 euros. that was a huge disappointment. your hotel would be wise to have transportation to the airport for your clients and add cost to your bill. next time i would choose a hotel closer so that we could walk and not have to cross the roadway

rooms were clean and spacious We were late arrivals because of our flight. We arrived at hotel 23.00 and we were hungary. We told the recepcionist that we were hungary and if they could provide us something to eat. They said no because it is too late. We went to bed hungary!.. no help! from the hotel can you believe it? At least they could provide us a sandwich or something like that. Next day we asked the recepcionist to help us find a reasonable hotel in Lisbon because after proto staying in their hotel for 4 days we were planning to go to lisbon and stay one day in Lisbon. We did not have computer with us. They did not help us. They said search it using google and type hotel central lisbon etc. We were not treated as human! we were there just a customer, room number 230 and 229 just a number

Very handy for an early departure from Porto airport as 5 minutes walk . Clean and comfortable , and rooms quiet , so able to sleep undisturbed . The bar was not open , and so no where in the hotel to sit and have a drink ,other than a vending machine .

We used this hotel as had connecting flights the next day. The hotel is 5 minutes easy walk from the airport. A taxi will charge you 9 euros to get there. The staff were helpful. Rooms spacious and very quiet. There is a small bar open until 10 Pm and vending machines for drinks. No facilities for food.
