The hotel is very central and is surrounded by good restaurants, pubs, clubs,and souvenir shops and many interesting cultural finds but most importantly some five minuets walk from a glorious beach. In terms of comfort the room was good value for the price, clean serviced daily and functional but not overly spacious for those who might want to stay in their room when the July temperature is 30 C. The hotel has internet access but no restaurant. That said there is a very capable alcohol licensed restaurant Zansi II on the hotel door step where after 10am a good English breakfast can be had and if feeling particularly lazy brunch, lunch, tea and supper too. Recommended.

Our room had windows looking out on to the Zansi II restarant dinning area. Because of this we had to keep the curtains drawn which was strange. However fans were provided to push the warm air about. The hustle and bustle of night life noise was reduced after 1am when Zansi II closed but could still be heard from the main square up till around 4am. Not for those who must have quiet.

Well...honestly I found very few positive in this place!The only good thing is that it is in the centre of hold town,the centre of the centre!next to the taxi's and centre bus station.

It's a very small place,for two it's difficult to move inside!there was no airconditioner and in portugal when it's hot and warm is impossible to brathe so you've to stay out of the room untill 7 'cause it's too hot to have rest inside,there is no windiw in our room but only a very small hole in the wall wich could have been a window...NO Comment! In addiction the stuff was gentle of course but only 2person speaks english so for the most they're not able to give you any kind of information.

Fiz reserva para a referida pensão pelo Booking com um dia de antecedência. Cheguei à pensão para o check in e, surpresa, a recepcionista disse que não havia reserva em meu nome. Mais, que no seu sistema não tinha qualquer reserva. Pedi-lhe para aceder à internet que lhee mostraria a reserva confirmada no site. A senhora indicou-me então o computador, o qual, tive de desembolsar um euro para aceder à internet e mostrar à referida senhora a respectiva reserva on-line (incompreensivel). Pareceu-me haver pouca vontade em reconhecer e colmatar um erro que não foi do utente. Afirmou que o erro havia sido o booking. Eu, que fiz inumeras reservas pelo site, nunca verifiquei qualquer falha. Mas lá estava a senhora a dizer que há uma primeira vez para tudo... Seria interessante que mostrassem mais disponibilidade em auxiliar os clientes... O que dizer do restante, é uma pensão, com cama que chia, soalho em madeira. Não merece o dinheiro pedido.Pena não ter reservado outro alojamento quando estava a verificar a reserva que tinha feito naquela pensão, seria dinheiro bem mais empregue...

Zo'n 40 minuten in de nacht moeten wachten voordat de nachtportier de deur opende. Dit kwam omdat deze lag te slapen. Na herhaaldelijk bellen en letterlijk beuken op ramen en deuren deed deze uiteindelijk open. Sateliet tv gaf maar 2 niet-portugese zenders.

La propreté, le menage est fait tous les jours et les serviettes changées. Tout en étant au centre ville et a côté de la mer, nous étions épargnés du bruit de la vie nocturne.

el camioncito de la limpieza de calles pasa a las 8:30 am haciendo tal ruido que es imposible no despertarse. Los muebles de la habitacion son antiguos y con la poca luz tiene un aire tetrico. A pesar de lo anterior es funcional, esta muy bien ubicado.

El cuarto de baño era muy incómodo el lavabo no tragaba bien el agua y se quedaba atascado.
