Excellent location, proximity to main sights (center of the town), located right in the heart of Porto's nightlife. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel provides everything that one might expect in a low budget accommodation. The inclusion of breakfast is always useful, too.

The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were excellent.

The bathroom was a bit grotty for my liking and the bathroom shelf and floors were dusty.

Bed sheets and towels were crispy clean and of good quality. Breakfast was very nice compared to another more expensive hotel in which I stayed in Lisbon. It included a big glass of orange juice. I asked the permission to put some food into the refrigerator used by the staff and I was given this permission, which was nice. The location is very central, although it may get loud on some days. One day I was staying there, there was a wedding next door.

My room was tiny and next to the breakfast room. I could hear my neighbours slamming their doors, and for some reason it smelled with tobacco all the time, even at breakfast, although I was unable to detect the source of this smell.

Excellent location in the historic center of Porto, very friendly staff. For anyone who does not need a private jacuzzi bathroom, this is an excellent choice.

The very friendly reception & breakfast staff start the day well! A local picturesque restaurant next door with reasonable priced evening meals was a bonus. Access to Porto shops/squares/riverside bars was very good. The advice & helpful reception staff was outstanding especially regarding our return journey procedure allowing us to store our travel cases behind reception with prompt taxis in minutes, only a telephone call away! I shall be back!!!

My friends & I were intrigued by the huge numbers of young people outside the hotel on Friday & Saturday evenings which proved a little noisy by two oclock in the morning but no matter.

Un hôtel est fait pour dormir... Ne comptez pas dormir dans celui-ci ! Boite de nuit, fenêtres ouvertes, au 1er étage ! Un bar animé tous les 10m dans toute la rue ! Aucune isolation phonique ! Et cela toutes les nuits !

Muy buena ubicación, ideal para recorrerse la ciudad a pie. Cerca de todos los sitios de interés turístico.

El hotel está situado justo en medio de dos calles repletas de bares de copas y discotecas. Por la noche, da la sensación de estar metido de lleno en una discoteca tecno, puedes escuchar hasta el mas mínimo detalle. Nosotros estábamos en un tercer piso y, a pesar de ello, el ruido de la música y de la gente dentro era ensordecedor. Imprescindible llevar tapones. A parte de este detalle, para gente joven y con tapones para los odios a mano, el hotel tiene una ubicación perfecta y la relación calidad-precio es bastante buena.

Posizione buona...sotto l'hotel è sempre aperto un ristorante e due pub...che quando si è stanchis ono una mano santa per evitare le salite e le discese di porto. Stazione taxi vicina..e stazione treno-metro anche...praticamente stava tutto li ^^

La stanza era piccolina molto simile a un b&b e anche per la colazione c'era un pò da sgomitarsela perchè lo spazio non era molto tuttavia si mangi a e si dorme quindi per chi non ha molte pretese va piu che bene...se trovate un buon prezzo ve lo consiglio ^_^
