Excellent location in the historic center of Porto, very friendly staff. For anyone who does not need a private jacuzzi bathroom, this is an excellent choice.

The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were excellent.

The bathroom was a bit grotty for my liking and the bathroom shelf and floors were dusty.

Cool street up hill from the old city, easy walking distance to shopping and public transport. Some really good small cheap bbq type restaurants and a small supermarket very close by. Breakfast was, included and fine - several little rolls with butter and jam, juice, tea and coffee. Really liked the touch of a bowl of fresh fruit every morning so you could pick what you wanted.

The very friendly reception & breakfast staff start the day well! A local picturesque restaurant next door with reasonable priced evening meals was a bonus. Access to Porto shops/squares/riverside bars was very good. The advice & helpful reception staff was outstanding especially regarding our return journey procedure allowing us to store our travel cases behind reception with prompt taxis in minutes, only a telephone call away! I shall be back!!!

My friends & I were intrigued by the huge numbers of young people outside the hotel on Friday & Saturday evenings which proved a little noisy by two oclock in the morning but no matter.

We were there at the end of January and felt rather cool in the breakfast room. A problem is also outside of the hotel: the streat should be renovated (whereas its place in the town is good.

Location of the hotel was fantastic. Close to major tourist sites and bus stop to the airport. The staffs were very helpful. Room was cleaned and kept tidy everyday.

The single room which I stayed was small though it has a queen-size bedroom. I could hear loud music from the nearby club. The continental breakfast was simple but filling consisting of breads,juice and a choice of coffee or other hot drinks.

Très bien placé pour visiter la ville et le vieux porto, on peut se promener sans moyen de locomotion, c'est le seul avantage

Salle de bain très petite pas commode, il faut vraiment être très petit pour les toilettes qui sont encastrés presque sous le lavabo, pièce du petit déjeuner trop petite il faut attendre dans le couloir pour déjeuner, que d'autres personnes ont terminé, et le final très bruyant tous les jours de la musique dans les bars qui encastrent l'hôtel jusqu'à 4 heures du matin, il y a dans cette petite rue 7 bars à musique nous n'avons presque pas dormi pendant notre séjour c'est malheureux car les patrons ne sont pas responsables mais c'est infernal à déconseiller

Photos ne correspondant pas à la réalité,chambres trés exigues sans fenétre sentant l'égout et la moisissure,salle de bain minuscule avec lavabo sur le wc ;mauvaise isolation du bruit surtout vendredi et samedi 3bars disco au rc .pdj servi dans un espace 3mx3m il faut faire la file et se faufiler pour avoir une table pour 2 pers.et ce idem pour l'ascenceur;ayant réservé plus d'un mois à l'avance je me retrouve dans une telle chambre sans possibilité de changement malgré ma réclamation le jour méme.vu que la 1ere nuit est facturée d'office pour les réservations par internet meme en quittant l'hotel;je me demande comment un tel etablissement est recommandé par un guide touristique?.....

La posizione è certamente ottimale: si è nelle vie più vive della città, dove è possibile vedere e sentire il divertimento delle sere del weekend. Porto non è grandissima, quindi anche senza prendere alcun mezzo da questo albergo è possibile girare tutta la città a piedi senza problemi.

Le stanze sono davvero piccole, ma in fondo ci si deve solo dormire. Per chi patisce I rumori notturni potrebbe essere un problema l'aspetto "feste" in strada.. Ma si riesce comunque a dormire a mio avviso.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione: sopra al locale più bello di Porto!! Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono...costa parecchio il parcheggio comparato al prezzo della camera

In camera c'era un cattivo odore di fogna

La prima camera che ci è stata assegnata, la 207, aveva una terribile puzza di fogna. I gestori, bene consapevoli, ce l'hanno cambiata la notte successiva. Stanze minimali per spazio e dotazioni
