The staff was really friendly and lovely and the location of the hotel is excellent not only for sightseeing but also for nightlife. the door of the bathroom is transparent which is kind of uncomfortable |

location, price small room, tiny bathroom, small breakfast room but service was prompt. clueless staff manning front desk. when i asked where i could find food on a sunday night i was told to try down on the river front which is quite a walk there and back. luckily we found a small bar in a square nearby which did food. |

Excellent location, close to the sights and public transport. Extremely friendly staff. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Fresh bread every day. Rooms are not too big, but very clean. We were there during festivities in the street, so we had quite a lot of noise during the night, both from outside and from other guests in the hallway. But then, when you have been walking around Porto all day, you quickly get back to sleep, trust me on that. Sunday night, everything was very quiet. |

It was very good value, the room was clean and although small was adequate with a decent en-suite.,The staff were friendly and helpful, The hotel is very central and in my opinion a better location the 'downtown'. I would class this as a good value basic budget hotel |

Clean, good price, good location, nice room. The breakfast could be better, but it was nice, anyway... Well, the hotel is located at the street where the night happens! We didn't think it was bad at all, because we 're just out there! But maybe you'll think it's kinda noisy at night on the weekend. |

Staff were excellent and couldn't be more helpful. Very impressive. Breakfast was limited to bread-based offering. I can't eat gluten and so couldn't eat breakfast. |

I liked the hotel very much, location was excellent... It was noisy in the weekend nights in the street, but I and my daughter liked it and we joined the night party... The third morning eating same kinds of breads only... Should be at least some variation, even continental breakfast... But breakfast was served nicely, good coffe, hot milk... Friendly staff... |

The staff were friendly and always helpful and really made us feel welcome. The location was central with excellent restaurants and bars adjacent to the hotel. The street the hotel is located on is very busy on weekend evenings (you would not believe how busy!). This means that that the noise can be heard a little from the rooms although not enough to keep one awake. However a room with breakfast included for £30 a night is decent value and we would stay there again. |
