great location in the middle of the centre of Lisboa, very near to metro station, to Rossio train station (trains to Sintra), to supermarket, to shopping street, to sights, to everything, nice & helpfull staff we had triple room with two rooms inside and the second room had no window, so there was no fresh air for sleeping, the room was on the 3rd floor without lift |

The hostel is really well located, the staff is very helpfull and the rooms are simple but clean. It is value for money. I will definetly stay there again! The only inconvinience is that there is no lift, loads of stairs. Better not to bring to much luggage. |

Location was fantastic, real value for money. The reception staff were great. You can buy water, soft drinks adn beer at reception. It would have been nice to be able to have breakfast, but we knew when we booked it that this was the case. |

Was glad to stay. The restroom/shower facilities was a too small room to move around. Location is perfect for a visit to Sintra. As a result 90% satisfied. |

It's right in the heart of the town. Can't ask for more for the price you pay. The place to be if you can't afford expensive hotels. And also if you can, this one is right in the middle of everything ou want to see and do in Lisbon |

The hotel offered a basic, small ensuite room. Bed comfortable, bathroom clean with soap and gel and good supply of hot water. Excellent central location. Difficult if you cannot manage stairs. No lift. |

The rooms were modern and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent and the value for money was brilliant for staying in the centre of a major european city. It would have been better if there was a dining room for breakfast but as there were cafes right outside the door it didn't make too much of a difference |

The staffs could speak English.The location just next to the Rosio Station is suitable for the short trip to Sintra and Cape Roca.The price is reasonable. |

Excellent location and clean albeit quite small room The staff was a bit...not so welcoming. Staircase was very narrow hard to climb with a bigger suitcase. |

Location is perfect! It is neasr Rossio sation (both metro and railway) there was not a heater in the room and I felt kind of cold.... |

Located in the city center, near a train/metro station. There are a bus stop near the hotel that goes to the airport (aerobus). Change the cleaning products because it smeals a bit. |

The room was fine, except that it had no heat and was too cold for me to stay in. All of the above ratings reflect that. No heat in the room. Otherwise, the room was fine. I did not read previous guest reviews about this hotel. I cannot recommend it during the season when heat is required. |
