Great service and very nice staff. We had a lovely time at the Pensao Lourenco. The surrounding area was beautiful, especially Luso. |

Funcionária (D. Paula): Prestável, Simpática, Atenciosa, enfim o que será de esperar de um excelente funcionário que pretende manter um estabelecimento aberto sem que o mesmo ofereça as condições para tal. Pensão a funcionar de forma muito mediocre tendo como tábua de salvação uma única funcionária "multifunções" que tem de tratar de todos os aspectos inerentes ao "bom" funcionamento de um Estabelecimento Hoteleiro. Recomenda-se uma visita da ASAE quer para protecção dos clientes deste Estabelecimento quer para protecção dos seus "funcionários multifunções". |

Pensão a funcionar de forma muito mediocre tendo como tábua de salvação uma única funcionária "multifunções" que tem de tratar de todos os aspectos inerentes ao "bom" funcionamento de um Estabelecimento Hoteleiro. Trata-se de um paraíso para a ASAE! |

auberge très calme et propre malgré l'apparence extérieure,convenant tout à fait à notre séjour au portugal. en arrivant pas trop bonne impression en raison de la façade pas au top,mais les chambres et les sanitaires sont très propres... et rien à dire vu le prix demandé |

O que mais gostei foi que as camas do meu quarto não faziam barulho e eram confortáveis, do que percebi, não acontece com todos os quartos.... Precisa realmente de umas boas obras, principalmente retirar a alcatifa que é prejudicial à saúde. |

A dna. Paula é mesmo simpática. Em relação ao preço é muito bom, melhor do que o esperado. A informação para chegar ao hotel é um pouco dificil, será mais facil procurar a Curia e o parque, chega-se facilmente. |

Freundlichkeit des Personals und ausreichendes Frühstück. Undichte Fenster und im Zimmer nur ein kl. Elektroofen. Nachts wurden dann die Sicherungen herausgenommen. (Bei niedrigen Außentemperaturen nur was für"Hartgesottene"!) |
