The fact that the staff spoke french, wifi internet (but a bit slow) breakfast included, location Maybe a bit loud, I could hear my neighbours sneeze.

Excellent hotel location - on a street full of restaurants, shops and bars. Hotel was very quiet, cosy and clean. The staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was sufficient. Parking is impossible near hotel, but it wasn't big problem. We left the car 10 minutes away from hotel. Bed was not very good.

Frankly it was a wonderful surprise to us to find how hospitable your staff were and how helpful they were in every way.. We would heartily recommend your hotel to everyone who visits Lagos as it is so well situated for all one could want in a seaside resort. Restaurants in full supply and curio shops of interest and the beaches nearby for those without transport. All in all, we would have wanted to stay another few days just to enjoy Lagos and your hotel a while longer.

Location right in the middle of the old town. We had a room with ocean view and weren't disturbed by the noise at all.Nothing flash, but good value for money. Breakfast is quite basic

Hotel is central, rooms are small but clean, the owner speaks english, french (maybe more languages :) ) and can give helpful advices for spending time. Breakfast is made of cereals, some (cheap) yogurts with aromas, orange juice, bread, jam & margarine. Aah, and coffe or tea... Overall, the breakfast is a big disappointment, luckily with the cereals :)

Really lovely budget hotel with great staff and in an excellent location. Good tips on places to eat and things to see. Nice having a shower in the room and a view of the water. Nice simple continental breakfast. We hope to go back and stay longer!!! Can't think of anything, except perhaps real juice in the morning, Lidl has good inexpensive concentrated orange juice

Friendly staff and very good price. Rooms clean and bright with very pleasant breakfast/lounge area. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied. Some rooms facing pedestrian area would be noisy. Noisy at weekends.

The room was very clean and had a wonderful sea view and a very tiny balcony. It was quiet and the owner was very friendly.It was very central in Lagos and very near bars and numerous restaurants.Breakfast was included, and was perfectly adequate. There was plenty of hot water and a good shower, and free internet access. The sitting/breakfast room looked a little tired. Our first view of the hotel was from the back and it was very unprepossessing, the front is only a doorway from the main street, with quite a steep flight of steps. Not suitable for those with mobility problems.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. provided us with maps, directions and even helped us to find the best deal in town to get our laundry done. Breakfast was the same each day - bread, more bread, ordinary coffee and orange cordial. There are so many orange trees in this country - at least make an effort to provide some real orange juice for breakfast. A little more effort at providing an interesting breakfast would really help this place.

The man at reception possibly the owner was most helpful and suggested good restaurants in which to eat. The lady serving breakfast possibly his wife was also most pleasant. I dont think anyone had slept in the beds in a while as they felt clamy or damp.

the location is good. My room has a window view to the beach and sea.The breakfast is not bad. All in all, it's worthy the money. the room is very very humidity. in the morning, i felt so cold and i opened the window and i found it was actually warmer outside! I arrived at hotel at 10pm and the receptionist was away. He put a post-it on the door and left me a phone number to call. I called the number but it always said "unavailable". His neighbor passed by and helped me to call, the same unavailable. Then the neighbor knocked at the door strongly for a while. Finally a guest living in opened the door for me, I found a hotel room open and it was 11pm already, so I just stayed in that room.

The staff were excellent, really friendly and very helpful. The owner stayed up very late especially to let us in when we arrived, they couldn't have done more. The location is also brilliant, we had sea views and could walk easily anywhere in Lagos. The experience definitely enhanced our trip.
