The hotel has a good location, the rooms are nice, clean and rather large. Breakfast is good and sufficient. Most of the people from the hotel stuff don't speak English. |

The place was so homey that I felt so comfortable and rested well at night. The neighborhood was also quiet. The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was very clean. Even the bathroom, although old, was very functional and shining clean. And the buffet breakfast was beyond my expectation for the price I paid! It was a real bargain! |

The wide range of TV channels available in the room. The room was not quite clean enough - I found chewing gum left by previous residents stuck to surfaces.... |

The room was an excellent value. We had a huge restroom (almost the size of a whole other room), a fridge, and a fan. The breakfast is unlimited. Realize that you are not limited to the breakfast put on your table, you can get up and get more (including fruit and cereal). Located close to the Rato metro stop. There's a restaurant that serves 6 Euro Veal nearby. Look for it past the post office |

Zeer goed ligging t.o.v. stadscentrum : te bereiken te voet! Leuke, rustige buurt. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel, kamer was proper. Stille kamer (geen lawaai, we hadden een kamer aan de achterkant. Kwaliteit van de bedden: matrassen dienen dringend vervangen te worden. Badkamer: het water liep zeer traag door wastafel en bidet. Echter, niet gemeld aan het personeel, omdat we er maar 2 dagen verbleven. |

Especialmente el trato del personal, nos ayudaban en todo y siempre estaban a nuestra disposición, la verdad es que pocas veces me he encontrado un trato así. Está muy cerca del centro, muy bien comunicado con el metro y además tiene parking privado gratuito, para dejar el coche sin preocupaciones. Es un poco viejo, pero está muy limpio y cuidado, por lo que no supone nunca ningún problema. |

Grosses Zimmer. War nach hinten hinaus und dadurch sehr ruhig.Stilvoll eingerichtet.Bad gross ,zwar etwas älter aber sauber.Sehr freundliches Empfangspersonal. Sprechen engl.und erteilen gute Auskunft.Obwohl alle Zimmer Nichtraucher erlaubten sie doch in der Nähe des Fenster zu rauchen. Frühstück sehr einfach.(1 Portion Butter, 1 Portion Marmelade und 1 Portion SChmelzkäse). Hotel liegt zwar in einer "besseren" Gegend aber verkehrsmässig ungünstig. Von U-Bahn Station Rato ca 300m steil den Berg hinauf. |
