The price, staff, services, breakfast, location were nice. There are 2 sides to choose the room. The rooms beside the street is noisy and a little bit cold. I recommend to choose othe side.

Location was very central and close to metro and local bus routes giving easy access to main features of Lisbon and surrounds. Staff were very professional, courteous and helpful. Most reception staff spoke good English so getting directions was reasonably easy. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast provided was fresh and varied. Highly recommended for a good value, well located, friendly place.

Good price. Free private parking. Very close to metro station. Simple but clean room. Windows into the courtyard - not much of a view but really quite. It was exactly what we wanted. They did not have one double bed as we asked but only two single.

Good location, price, staff. Working lift. Simple but free breakfast. Shower in the rooms though room is called shared. Only toilet is shared. Noise from cars in the street. Absence of free wifi

I booked a double room with shared bathroom. The good surprise was that in my room there was also 'half bathroom' with sink and shower. Only the toilet was missing, therefore in sharing. Shared bathroom was clean. Good bed, quiet sleep. On the blanket there were stains. It seemed clean though, I figured they washed it but they didn't manage to remove the stains. Anyway, if this was the case they could have replaced the blanket to avoid any doubts.

I liked the price, and the bed was ok. I disliked the fact that you couldn't open the window blinders, so the room was always dark. The windows offer no acoustic protection, so you're sleeping with all the intense traffic noise. It's ok if you're just sleeping through a night, but not for vacations or spending any time in the room other than just to sleep.

The hotel is really close to the city center. Metro station is near. If you use bus touristic, it passes by the hotel (Largo do Rato). A big shoping center and supermarket is also close. Free parking for guests. The stuff speaks English and very very helpful. The room is very small, but quite comfortable just to sleep. There is no a safe in the room.

It's a good solution if you need a cheap stay and the staff in reception were very nice. You get a sort of family atmosphere. Not the best choice if you are looking to stay out late and need silence in the morning so you can catch up some hours of sleep. Because this is a standard building and not an actual hotel, you will here noise from other guests and people talking in the corridors. Seemed vey quiet during the night though, and if you ask for a quiet room away from the street the staff will do their very best.

This hotel is realy value for money. It is close to the metro Rato and bus and tram stops. The staff is nice and the room spacious and if you are lucky you get a room with a great view over the city.Breakfast is simpel but good with fresh fruits, homemade jam, bread and yoghurt. The hotel is located next to a kindergarten so there will be noises early in the morning.
