Metro proximity Friendly reception Eases access to airport Good security
Weak wifi in my room Dodgy neighbourhood
Old fashioned, secure, friendly staff,location....view over park from high.Amazing local cafe below,' Pao de Azucar '. Cheap.
Wifi occasionally ' crashes '. Breakfast limited.
Good value for Lisbon location
First visit this one (8th floor) was OK. Second visit (7th) was not so good. Have marked down "Cleanliness" but it wasn't dirty rather just age and a bit "tatty"
It is very well located for the City Centre, the Airport and Oriente station via metro. Cheap for city hotel. Felt secure. Good cafe below. Air con worked well to coll down on first arrival.
First night room was OK. Second time not impressed. Window didn't shut, toilet seat wouldn't stay up. General air of having seen better days. Busy traffic intersection - earplugs useful.
Not very clean, shabby,no fridge . Noisy due to the heavy traffic outside. We stayed only one night on the way back home and were happy about it. I can hardly imagine staying there longer. We lived a week in a 2-star hotel Hotel do Chile not far away, that's a great place: really excellent value for money.
Location - direct metro line to airport
Small elevator, old furniture and bathroom
the hotel was very clean and comfortable and with the metro directly outside very handy for getting around
Location - right near Alameda metro station (direct line to the airport)
Too small room for the family of 4 people, rather noisy (the hotel is on the crossway), leakage in the bathroom and no shampoo, poor breakfast.
Good location near the metro station.
Dark room which made an illusion that the room wasn't clean. No stopper in the bathtub (you could only take a shower). Poor breakfast (just coffee, juice and bread). Very poor wifi in the room.
just in front of the metro station clean great bathroom
Great location for airport and city centre travel.
Good location. Right outside the metro. This particular station will get you to the airport on one line, and the shopping district on the other. Good deal.
The linen looked old and worn out. It had a small circa 1980's TV that only had 3 channels which were all Portuguese. For a little more money, there's a slightly better hotel across this hotel, you might want to check it out.
Very good location, rather clean, reception open for all night.
old and poor rooms. The lift doesn,t work for two last floors.
We liked the location and the view from our room.
The staff is available, metro station is close and direct to both the airport and city center. The price is good.
The building is a little ancient and dated. The area is not the best at nights to go out. Better to take a taxi or metro and go in the near downtown.
Well located for the airport, this offers excellent value for money. The rooms are quite old but they were comfortable and extremely clean.
Friendly staff and good location
Rather noisy and overcomplicated lift
Close to Metro station. Good wifi in room.
Comfortable and clean room with a beautiful view. Most of the stuff members were very helpful and friendly. Easy to reach from Lisbon airport.
Breakfast wasn't anything special. I had some problems with the Wifi.
The hotel is really clean, not in the city center, but really close to it (the subway station is in front of the hotel). The breakfast is not the continental buffet, but at least has the basic (bread, butter, milk, cereal, juice). The parking is not include, but there is a parking lot in front of the hotel, really cheap.
-location next to metro -view (8th fl.) -clean
no fruits and real cerals at breakfast small space for shower
localization, big space in the room
no internet in the rooms; strange way of using the elevator; not very nice personnel on the arrival day
Location is excellent for airport (10 euros), Metro, taxis, shopping for basics, and a range of local restaurants/cafés. Breakfast is simple continental fare, but adequate. Staff is helpful.
Reception is on 6 floor with access via a dimly lit hallway smelling of dog litter (care: all the sidewalks around Alameda are full of dog poop!) Decor is old and dilapidated; especially the bathrooms; room smelt of cheap air freshener clearly aimed at eliminating cigarette odor. If you face the road, it is going to be very noisy. The area is residential and deserted by 10pm.
I appreciated the location and how kind and helpful the staff were.
In front of subway station with line direct to airport. I had a single room with bath, excelent price/quality relationship
internet did work in room but just outside it did
